Visited the store at 53rd and N May. Requested they move a line to another att acct. 2 hrs later they said it was completed. Long story short they (along with customer service) totally jacked up my acct such that i recd a bill 3 days later for $3k+ !! My bill had been $179/mo for last several years. I called the store to ask for help in resolving and was told they could not help and that i had to call the “loyalty” dept to fix also acknowledging they had made a mistake and changed the line to be moved from unlimited plan to a pay for usage plan. After numerous texts they ultimately stopped talking to me leaving me to fend for myself. After 2 weeks of dealing with call centers and the Loyalty dept, I struggle to understand how AT&T is a viable business. I will avoid using their services at all costs in the future

The store itself is fine, however the person they sent out to replace my phone decided to sit down the street from my apartment & said they couldn’t deliver my phone. I don’t think the person realized I could track them with a link AT&T sends.

Went back to have my phone fixed for a second time. The guy told me there's nothing he can do to help me. And sent me to call customer support which I have been doing Since last Tuesday it's been a week of no service and att still has done nothing for me. Highly do not recommend the service or the store

My only phone died unexpectedly yesterday morning. Beverly, at the AT&T Store, not only resolved my issue competently, but was professional, kind and very customer-oriented. It was an amazing experience. Hands down ... best service imaginable. In fact, am adding another line to my service as a backup (my idea ... not a sales gimmick). Very happy!

We have been to this store twice, once to start service, another to amend issues with said service both times within the same week. Both times we were helped by the same sales associate, Xavier. Xavier went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were not charged for service issues that were completely out of our control. Although we haven’t had our service issues solved yet, that’s completely out of the hands of the retail store and Xavier went out of his way for us.

We sat here for over three hours waiting for them to transfer a number from one account to another, and they couldn't get a single thing done before they closed. I highly recommend finding a different location.
