Worst internet and customer service. Wish there were more options. I have telehealth practice and can never depend on AT&T fiberoptic internet. Down now for 3 days and put on hold by customer service again. This is awful internet provider. Dr. Douglas Brady

line wasn't put all the way in the ground so its exposed where it will have issues when mowing lawn. pretty d*** to not completely bury. this is the 3rd fiber in 3 years so it doesn't seem protected well at all

Impossible to get ahold of anyoneIn spite of using the call back option I have been on hold for over an hour!Yes, the called me back and then held for an hour before deciding to post a one star review. Whatever you need - run don't walk- literally anywhere else. Cox has good service.

Store was not busy.when I went inside not one employee said hi or asked how they could help....at&t is getting worse plus there service they provide has really gone down hill.cable works just some of the time internet very slow buffs alot home phone very static.and it takes a week or so for someone to come out..what they charge for there service is a joke thinking of switching to new provider...

Customer service is great but it seems like my internet is down every other day very irritating when our family is trying to watch a movie or game. it’s just never consistent.

I have been trying for over a month to upgrade my internet service.AT&T said they have a facility issue and can't upgrade my internet until they get it fixed. no further details were given. They said not to notify them about this issue, but they would contact me when their issue is resolved. ALWAYS THOUGHT AT&T was a viable and upcoming company.unfortunate that they are not able to resolve this issue in a reasonable time.

AT&T works tirelessly to offer you the slowest DSL internet speeds possible while at the same time providing you with overcharges, dropped connections, and incompetent customer service. They actually tried to get me to sign a 2-year contract for fiber optic, that they don't even have on my street. I'm switching to dial-up for a faster internet speed at 1/2 the price.

Took 2 hours to find someone who could put a screensaver on my iPad left came back they told me they close at 7:00 they close at 6:00 on Sunday go back today wait another 30 minutes same girl checked me in took another 30 minutes to find someone who could do it then they tell me I have the wrong one after she pulled out of the package she should have realized that before so we went ahead and put it on there I ordered one for the iPad pro 12.5 but apparently it's for the newer one they was going to take advantage of your television service get a $300 gift card by mail but she said I had some past due bill that is an error that they haven't fixed yet probably a good thing I didn't get anything else with you guys done with AT&T
