I watched my special needs grandson for my daughter when she lived there and let me tell you, no children should EVER live at this apartment complex. The dogs poop everywhere to the point where you can't breathe the air. The worst part was having to live without air conditioning. They won't fix anything there. When they do it's basically duct tape and paperclips. Mary Ann the office manager treats everyone worse than a dog. She has absolutely no respect for humans. She shares private info on Facebook. She yells and hangs up on you. She has even tried to fist fight in the office. There's so much crime and homeless people. Police are there chasing cars, busting meth labs. It's HORRIBLE. All the good reviews are because they offered money off rent for people to post a 5 star. What a joke.

Roach infested bad management they pay people /take money off rent to put good reviews!! Always yellling and screaming at night polices comes several times wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Things at Aspen Walk are running smoothly since we got the new manager last year. It has taken her awhile however this is a very nice place to live now. Mary Ann is the best Manager we have had and I have lived here 5 years and have no intention of moving.

Me and my spouse xavier since day one of moving in till now havent had any problems with management mary ann has made our stay here nice she welcomed us with open arms and have never gave us any problems at all she is a great example of great management .....upon moving here we had alot of trouble finding apartments prior at the last minute and im grateful for her and psa we dont have the pest problem like roaches or mice like alot of ppl are saying they have thanks mary ann again

These have always been some nice apartments but have went through a rough patch. The Current Management is doing its due diligence to improve its quality and get them back to Top Tier Standards. They also understand tenants concerns and work expeditiously to resolve issues.

I’ve live here a few months now and I can honestly say my apartment is not infested and I don’t have mice problems if you have those problems it’s how you live just like if u were anywhere else all houses get infested when nasty tenants move in I had a concern with a nasty neighbor when I moved in and I spoke to that tenant and we were able to get the situation corrected all it takes is tlc for and home and understanding for your neighbors Mary Ann is a wonderful manager I appreciate her truly

Are Manager is Top Notch and knows what she is doing. She is making this a better community to live in compared to what it was when I moved in. She is trying to make this an actual apartment community with events for holidays and such. I have lived in other Apts from Tulsa to OkC and the Manager that we have is the best Manager that I have had in all the Apts I have lived in.
The maintenance staff are quick to respond to maintenance requests.

It’s nice to live neighbors are nice . And Mary is nice and kind and will help you with things you need help with, this is my first apartment and she gave me the opportunity quick !

I moved in around August of Last year, in the circumstances I was in.. I was desperate to have a place for my Family. Our Manager here at Aspenwalk (Mary) was very Understanding & Helped me Move in As quick As Possible.
I recommend Aspenwalk to Anybody needing a Place to Stay and A Place to Progress .
Respect is Earned, Thank you Aspenwalk!!

Any good reviews on here are LIES! This place is infested with literally EVERYTHING! Roaches cats dogs and MICE! Don’t forget about the hobo’s! We’ve been here a few months and have caught 15 mice!!!! I understand this place might be your last chance but I’m begging you DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!

Don't pay anything upfront! We paid $525.00 ($300. Dep and $200 administrative fee). Didn't move in, nothing was signed. Found a better place that's not near as shady as this place and she's refusing to give anything back! Contacting BBB!! She won't return calls.
