Walked in and requested temporary check because I only needed to write one. They never gave me one initially when I opened my account after receiving my checks I see I am charged a dollar. Why are they scamming the customers? It’s time I take my money and go back to another bank. Thanks.

Trying to close out an account for a deceased relative, and the supervisor was completely unhelpful, rude, and could not connect me to anyone who could answer my questions. Asked if there was a customer service or supervisor for that department and they said those people do not talk to the public. There are dozens of choices for banks. You can do far better, but doubt you could do much worse than these folks.

Went to set up a new account and a credit card….They didn’t update my phone or email address. In addition to that they didn’t give me my log in information to get into the app. The credit card we discussed was not the credit card that was sent…WORST BANK EVER! I have spent 6 hours trying to fix everything! About to pull my account!!!!!!!!

Came here to cash an Arvest check that was written for me, they required 2 forms of ID and charged me a $5 fee... An Arvest check... I could understand if it were a different bank or check cashing place but lol

Posted hours until 6pm on Friday. Show up at 5:50 and it's dark. Multiple customers showing up desperately trying to do business. Most unprofessional garbage bank in OKC.

My fiancé canceled our account for numerous reasons about a month ago. We were told as long as there’s no money in there an no pending transactions we were good to go. Then we get a letter in the mail it’s negative $157. WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS “CLOSED” spoke to managers an all they could do is say it’s out of their hands an take $60 off. WOW arvest is the worst bank definitely. An we will not be paying the negative balance it will be disputed by experian. Looking bad on you guys not us. That’s how you treat your members? NO THANKS

I just moved here from Houston and needed a bank account! I went to a few different banks however Miss Elisha the Relationship Banker here is the reason why I chose Arvest and because they just seemed more credible and organized!! Highly recommend!

thank you for sending a whole book of checks to the wrong address because you can't do your job and verify it before submitting the order. been waiting almost a month for them. now I have to close my account and do stupid hassle stuff because of your stupidity

Please don't use this company to bank with if you are a small business. Not only so they charge enormous fees but they hold checks from vendors for 3 days regardless of the amount. This bank does not inform the vendors or outside suppliers with any of this information. They are not small business friendly!
