This is about Arvest in general, not this specific location. I stayed at a hotel 10/3-10/4. The hotel charged my account on 10/5, but it did not go through until 10/17! Arvest held almost $200 for two weeks then finally charged me and made my account overdrawn. I spoke to two customer service associates and they were worthless. They tried to tell me that wasn't what overdrawn my account, when I was looking at the transactions; I was withdrawn the exact amount the hotel charged me two weeks ago and even displayed when the charged was suppose to take place.It should be illegal to withhold people's transactions for that long. Great way to screw loyal customers over!

I gave them money last week and they decided to hold my money over the weekend and the Holliday before they entered it into the system after they specifically told me and gave me a signed document saying it would be done before the weekend so now I’m waiting even longer for what I needed done how can you give me a signed document and still fail to uphold your end that doesn’t make sinceAnd I did reach out to the email they sent bellow in their reply and never heard from them that was just putting on a front like they actually cared do not use this bank read their reviews

This location 9300 block of S Western has the WORST customer service, I've ever encountered. First of all I wasn't greeted when I walked in but a Caucasian lady walked in shortly behind me and was greeted more than once. Yes, when you are working in customer service you are never that busy to not acknowledge anyone walking in with a kind gesture. Not only that when attempting to cash a check written to me, my past info was discuss as if it needed to be challenged. I don't have an account w/Arvest but have cashed this particular check from this same company multiple times at memorial location and NEVER once did it take long or was my past information brought up. I think the young lady today was unfriendly no eye contact, and the guy was doing way to much, very slow, and his actions weren’t warranted to investigate. It's not the first I've heard of this happening at this location but absolutely the first for me. I will never come here again for anything. Being that I work in the same field of service, you don't get to pick who you choose to correspond with nicely or investigate. This is called basis behavior, discrimination which is against all banking rules. I bank with Navy Federal which is amazing at GREETING EVERYONE (no matter what race, creed or gender) the exact same. This Arvest location had no one but 3 people including myself and maybe one in drive-thru yet couldn’t even hold a smile. A very disappointing environment to bank with.

They sneak charges out of your account and their support is terrible and they don't help with fraud much. And I told support person I was very unhappy with arvest and moving to another bank and her attitude was like "go ahead I don't care"

Don't ever! Go to this location it's been my bank for 7 years I went to their ATM witch there's always something wrong with it but I withdraw $500 and a receipt came out but the money never did and I called they gave it to me the next day well a month pass and they took it back and they said cause the ATM Machine was Accurate like whatttt don't ya have cameras!?!?! They said yea but the ATM said it was correct I'm done with this bank

This is Marsha lay this place is amazing they made selling my SUV very easy walked away YES WITH A CHECK IN HAND. JONATHAN SHUMARD was very helpful and kind explained the whole process very easily for me to understand. And I would've never guessed he's been with them the amount of years he has.. DEFINITELY A PLACE ANYONE NEEDS TO DEAL WITH. Did I mention they have locations in Tulsa and some in Arkansas y'all go get you are vehicle from them. Thank you again.

The reason we started with this bank was because they were open later than all other banks. They keep changing the hours and now are only open 9-5 which sucks for anyone who works for a living. The wait is also always quite long.

If I could give them 0, I would...I've been with them for many years. Now, you can't get to one if you work for a living. Hrs are so limited or branches "temporarily" closed. Heaven forbid you need to get into a lobby. Ridiculous. Covid my a*** I have 2 business accounts and multiple personal accounts. I will go through the painstaking process of moving accounts. For business owners, it's the ultimate hassle. Here it is on a Saturday at 10am, and you not even a drive through open. WTH?? Sure, online banking. Doesn't help when you have multiple deposits. They limit that too! One would think that banking personnel are considered essential workers...try giving your own anesthesia next time you have surgery.

The absolute most sorry bunch of people there is in banking.they just want to make money off of you rather than being there to help serve your needs.just don't bank with these people, you will be really disappointed in the long run.I promise you thete are much better banks than these morons!!!!!
