Military family here so we’ve done a few moves and by far the absolute best packers we’ve ever used! 10/10 couldn’t ask for a better team. The Perez pair was lead by Brittany and They were friendly, treated our stuff like their own and were extremely quick and efficient, I was also very impressed and thankful for their labeling being more descriptive than most general “kitchen” or “bed room” labeling. Honestly can not praise them enough!

Of all my moves, Armstrong Relocation was the best quality I have encountered. They explained the process well, and kept in contact.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Worst experience we’ve ever had. Broken furniture that they refused to reimburse us for (after manipulation of forms was done), furniture torn apart with pieces not found, lost items, lack of communication from the coordinator. They delivered our goods in two separate shipments because someone else’s goods were on the front half of the truck. The driver had no idea who those items belonged to. The driver had to make the five hour drive the following week to deliver the remainder of our items. I watched as one of the day laborers they had hired dropped two boxes of dishes off of the truck. Oh, and they delivered another customers items to us and never picked them up like they said they would. I’m guessing our list items are now in someone else’s home or still at their warehouse. On and on and on. In the end, they found the grace to reimburse us a paltry $500 which didn’t even begin to cover our losses, and broken items. We spent a great deal of money to move our belongings and they should be ashamed of their business practices.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

If you value your home furnishings, DO NOT USE their service. They tell you your truck will be a few days behind you for arrival at your final destination. They don’t tell you that they have no intention of moving your things point-to-point. Your furnishings get unloaded and put into storage until they can figure out how to deliver it…. Partial loads then arrive. We waited weeks for our things. During all the loading/unloading to storage/loading to other trucks, etc… things get completely abused and even lost. They actually unwrapped our larger furniture at their storage facility to tear furniture apart to try to make it all fit on the last truck. We were horrified and sickened at the condition of our things as they were unloaded at our new place. If you could see the pictures and video’s we took as they were unloading, you would NEVER use this service. Furniture was broken, filthy, torn… boxes literally crushed. One box had been written on “Glass Do Not Throw”. I can’t express fully how we feel robbed of money. We were retiring and downsizing - we kept only the furnishings that were really nice or meant something to us. We spent 18K to have “professionals” pack us and move us. It was a joke. The claims process is grueling and still we have heard nothing final from the Claims Department except ‘it’s under review’. Stay tuned for our review of the claims process after things are finalized.

Worst moving experience I have ever had. No ability to inventory when packed, nor when unpacked. Many missing items, and many broken items. Over all terrible experience. Will never hire again.

I wouldn't even give this company a one star rating. We are a military family that recently got relocated to OKC. We received our household goods yesterday and multiple items showed up destroyed. It was devasting watching our stuff come off the truck literally falling apart. We have a PILE of stuff in our garage waiting to go to the dump. I've posted pictures to show the damage done by this company.

BE VERY CAREFULWe moved using Armstrong Relocation in the summer of 2020. We’ve moved several times, and had great experiences with other companies, this experience was not positive. Here are a list of the worst parts of our experience:1. Arrived hours late for loading2. Had to witness 2 random fellows drive up and refuse to work unless they were paid more (This was crazy but also hilarious… one the guys who showed up told me his name was “Prime Time” and that he was a boxer…)3. Brought wrong truck that wasn’t big enough to load entire household4. Delivered only partial household on time5. Other half of household delivered almost 2 weeks after receipt of initial items. This was only possible after several escalations. They had no plan to get us our items if we hadn’t pushed for it. We basically didn’t have towels or much our clothing during this time.6. Many household items looked like they were “just thrown” into boxes, such as dress shoes unwrapped and thrown in a box.7. Promised they would take care of my families damages - but only offered $190 to cover $1,300 in damages (And this was AFTER an on site appraisal)Bottom Line: If you want to have to worry your way through a move, use Armstrong Relocation. The thing that frustrated me the most is the amount of personal time we had to spend talking to them, working through problems, and filing claims, only to get nickels on the dollar for damages. The promised they would treat us awesome and treat our stuff like it was their own - they didn’t do either of those things.Plus Side: Top Level Leadership is polite and responsive - but didn’t do enough to make up for our bad experience.
