The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, not too pushy, and acts as a fountain of professional advice, making the purchase process easy. The service technicians are highly recommended, described as the best in the whole game. They are hard workers, honest, professional, and nice. They show up on time, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and fix everything like it should be. The support staff is also courteous and helpful in getting problems taken care of. Rob came out at the expected time, rang the door doorbell, and even called to make he got my digital hottub display replaced. He did it quickly and then tested it to make sure it did. Rob and Aqua Haven are GREAT!!!
