Billing is terrible. Billing me more than my insurance shows my portion. I called and they are going to refile denied claim but still billed me above what I owe. It is their problem to get resolved with insurance instead of Billing me.

Wish I could give zero stars. My pulmonologist sent an order for oxygen one week ago today. I still don't have it. Meanwhile, I struggle to breathe. Called the office yesterday and spoke to a lady who was so rude and sarcastic, telling me that they had the order, but it had not gone through their process. Finally, she said they would bring it yesterday after 3pm. They did not. I am livid. Trying to get help from this place is ridiculous. I am not waiting on bandaids - I am waiting on OXYGEN. Completely unacceptable.

Use anyone else this has been a nightmare oxygen machine quit working wife is in hospital they won’t let her come home until we can get oxygen at the house doctors office called no reply called and called no reply had to call billing to get a live person proceeded to tell them what was going on and they hung up on us then they tell the doctors office that we paid the machine off and that we’re responsible for the machine getting fixed soooo wow great customer care haaaaaa not and next I’ll get a response from the “owner” of send them my name and problem because they want to help BS choose anyone one else other than apria is my advice

I worked at mercy for 20 years as a nurse . The apria company was where we sent all of our referrals .. we had a contact person that made sure things got done… my recent experience as a patient was the worst customer service I have ever had in my 72 years .. my oxygen was supposed to be delivered on Friday th 20th of December NO show NO call . I left message to call me on Monday again NO call .. I tried 4 times to call them .. on hold each time over 10 minutes then disconnected.. called my pulmonologist said to use a reliable company as they could not reach Apria either.. so they lost my business for ever and I was paying out of pocket..

They have no customer service. They order your CPAP, and they ship it to you. Then, you have to figure out how to use it on your own. They set up an appointment for me to come in for a fitting to get a full face mask, and the lady wasn't there when I went in. They just gave me a mask, and then I've got to figure the fit out myself. I wouldn't recommend Apria Healthcare unless you already know what you are doing!

My Cpap stopped working 11/2/2024. I contacted Apria everyday 11/4-11/8. Apria rep tried to contact me 11/4 but had the wrong contact number. I called 11/5 and confirmed the correct contact information. I have called every day from 11/5-11/8 leaving messages for a return call. Today is 11/11 and I STILL have not received a call back. I contacted another medical supply company and even though I did not buy my CPap through them, they agreed to help me and made an appointment the same day. During the appointment, the representative called the company of my machine and within a few minutes, had the answer to the problem and got my machine working. The representative was kind enough to go through and show me things about my machine. I didn’t even receive that kind of customer service when I purchased my machine from Apria. Even though the OTHER medical supply company is across town, they now have my business for future needs.

I cannot thank Terri at Apria Health Care enough. I was unable to physically come into the office. Teri offered to come out to my vehicle and troubleshoot my Bipap. Teri issued me a temporary bipap machine until we get a response that my original bipap was able or unable to be repaired. I was happy that Terri was caring and professional. BIG SHOUT OUT TO TERI!

Be aware- Apria seems to be the only game in town for CPAP supplies and they know it. Because my insurance refused to honor a claim, any credit card you have on file, will get charged, regardless of the fact it might be expired. I've never dealt with a more clueless cluster *** organization as Apria. Like other reviews, trying to understand people from third world countries is painful. America can do better. They don't contact the customer prior to requesting payment, they just hit your credit card. Unsatisfactory service, communication, and no local representatives seem to be the foundation Apria subscribes to !!!

I gave them five stars because they showed up the same day and did the job. I only thought the price was a little too high. My fault should’ve asked how much before they did the job, but I would’ve still had to pay there. Show up fee if I sent them away.

Negative 100 stars. To begin with, I was forced to take an entire day off work without pay to have my recently deceased mother’s hospital bed picked-up because a pickup window could not be provided until 9am the morning of supposed pick-up. When I called at 9am this morning, I was advised pick-up would be between 1-5pm. I called again at 3:45 to double check since the office would close at 5pm. I was advised updated pickup time would be by 4:15. Tried calling at 4:35 & of course no one answered the calls. God forbid they actual work until quitting time. It is now 6:38 pm and still no pick-up. No communication at all! Truly horrible service!!!
It is now 9:42pm and no one ever came for the bed. An entire day wasted sitting at my house.

I just recently got off the phone with Pa. They answered my questions to satisfaction and I was pleased with results of our interaction. I have used Apria for over ten years. I have received very good service in that time. Have had some bumps in the road a time or two but situations were always resolved.
