They were able to get us in for a emergency visit where I unfortunately had to let my boy go. They offered plenty of resources and options but saving my boy was still out of my budget and I had known it was time. I would just be putting in money to dance around the inevitable. They were kind and compassionate throughout the whole visit. Gave me as much time as I needed. They have options. Some of us just don't qualify and they recommend places that might help. They gave me every option so I could try to not face the hardest one. Very lovely ladies.

Last night I had to put one of my puppies to rest and I can't thank this place enough I really appreciate you guys for what you guys did. I am at peace knowing my baby is resting and not suffering ? you guys are amazing❤️

This is my first time to visit this veterinarian office, my regular veterinarian that I've had for 37 years passed away a couple years ago so I really haven't had a regular vet since. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this office due to the fact I never met the veterinarian. I thought that was strange because I've never had a veterinarian that didn't have a relationship with the pet owner. That's not the kind of veterinarian that I want for my pet, one that doesn't include me in on the examination of my pet.

So, i took my new puppy, who is about two months old, here earlier today. This is my experience:::
The outside does not look promising, parking lot is very small but sometimes looks can be deceiving. We went inside, receptionist was very nice and everyone i saw seemed very sweet. I had to put my social on the paperwork(or pay a pre visit fee) and i had never seen that anywhere else. Then we got into the room and the walls were falling apart, the ceiling was falling apart in a few places and the door would not shut all the way. The nurse we had had short hair and a septum piercing and was AMAZING! 12/10 loves her. I never met the doctor, i was told that the doctor was not comfortable caring for my puppy in front of me so my puppy had to be taken out of my sight to be cared for. I asked the nurse about it and she said some doctors are different. Maybe i’m just weird but we will not be returning. I’ve never had that at a vet and the fact that doctors aren’t comfortable(i even had the nurse ask the doctor and tell her i wasn’t comfortable with my puppy being out of my sight but it didn’t matter). This place had really good reviews so i gave it a shot but i was not impressed at all. I wanted to give other fur parents a heads up. If i would’ve known these things we would have taken our vet needs and money elsewhere.

I was unable to even get into the building, as they don't have a wheelchair ramp. If you use a mobility device, I would suggest finding a vet who actually realizes the disabled community exists.

Too expensive to get cats spayed...They were charging close to $300 a cat and I ended up going to the Humane Society for $65 a cat and did great

Affordable and kind. They are organized and informative. I call and ask for an estimate so I can budget for my next appointment and it helps a lot. That way I’m not price shocked.

They are a little pricey but so are the other ones. I took my dog one time and they told me he had ear mites I took them back like 2 months later then they told me he had an ear infection. I was like which one is it!?!? And they don't do payments . But the workers there are very helpful and nice

Very very nasty. Pet hair on the seats, didn't want to sit. Had to stand at the counter 20 minutes before anyone showed up. Had to call them.
