Please be aware this place no longer does covid testing. Even if you schedule an appointment online with them and get a confirmation from them, they will not and simply cannot test you because they no longer have what is needed. Pretty frustrated myself after coming here with a scheduled appointment

The billing department is the worst. I mailed a check from my insurance and it was deposited by the company April 2021. Someone from Blue Cross Blue Shield called the company and they are still sending me invoices. Would not recommend as they can not get billing figured out and are very unorganized
