They have maintained my coach over the last 5 years or so and usually do a very good job. Their rates are reasonable.

They did an outstanding job with my motor home. They quickly got me in, gave me a good idea of what they were going to do. They kept in touch and were done quickly. A bit pricey but they do great work and it looks like it came from the factory. They treated me very well, and I will for sure be going back for services as needed. I have a class C right now, had the water heater replaced and some turn signal cameras fixed. They only had the rig about two weeks? Respect is earned and they have mine.

DID NOT FIX INVERTERS THEY SAID THEY COULD FOR FOUR MONTHS THEN SAID WILL JUST SEND IT BACK WILL SEE IF THAT HAPPENSCALLED ME BACK 15 MINUTES AFTER THIS POSTED AND SAID THERE NOT SENDING THEM BACK AND THREATENED TO POST SOMETHING ABOUT ME

We were traveling to Texas and had a generator issue They looked at it had the part and fixed it in about an hour. Way cheaper than I was expecting

5 stars is based on a 5 min phone call. I was looking for a water pump, he did not have one but gave me free advice on trying something and it worked great. They didn’t need to but didn’t hesitate.

We are so grateful for American RV Outfitters. They consistently go out of their way to help us out! As a business on wheels, things go wrong and a week in the shop can really hurt. Chris has always helped to avoid loss of business and sales for us, even if its on his days off. We are so blessed to have found someone like Chris to do business with!

Last year we needed to have some body work done to our 5th wheel while we were in OKC. The guys at American RV Outfitters worked to get our trailer fixed to our satisfaction. (They were very upfront about the fact that they were backed up and it may be a little longer for them to get to our rig which we were ok with) At first we had some blending of the paint that we weren't happy with but Chris had no problems having his guys do whatever needed to be done to make sure we were happy.We're we're so satisfied with the work done we schedule them to replace our awning a few months later. This time the trailer was in and out in just a few days.Fast forward a few more months and the original repair had some issues. Chris and Damian were happy to bring the trailer in and figure out what was going on and do whatever needed to be fixed. We really appreciate how these guys have put forth the effort to care for their customers and doing the right thing. We will continue using these guys for our RV needs.Service: Body & Trim

My schwintek slide failed this morning and we gave them a call. They were able to get us in within a couple hours and swapped out the motor, which he had in stock. Recalibrated and patched everything up and we were on our way in just an hour and a half.

On a trip from Florida to Colorado in 100degree heat our a/c compressor failed. Damien not only fit us in same day to replace our a/c unit but he saved us significant money over local dealership. Thank you guys!!Service: Air conditioning

We took our American Eagle RV to American Outfitters to have the the front end repaired, the refrigerator replaced and quick starts installed on the AC units. They had our coach for over 6 months. With winter approaching they promised they would winterize our RV but they didn't. I know this from the numerous massive water leaks we found after picking up our coach. While installing the quick starts they fried our 2 AC units (we paid for the units with the promise they would pay us back when they filed it with their insurance. We haven't gotten a penny). They ripped the leather couch and broke a passenger side window while installing the refrigerator. They never paid for the window or to get the couch repaired. Our RV had always been stored inside and maintained. We were recently taking our first long trip after getting our RV back from American Outfitters and repairing all the things American Outfitters damaged. While going down the road the refrigerator FELL OUT OF THE FRAME!!! We found out that only thing holding it in were 3 small screws and a safety strap atttached to wood with a small screw. I am SO infuriated and disgusted with this company. They caused so much damage to our coach and had it for so long!!! I want to make sure they don't do this to anyone else. Never ever go to them..
