This guy is a sleeze ball, reminded me of Matilda’s dad. He quoted $300 dollars and ended up charging almost double. He was so disrespectful and I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. We reported him to the BBB, heads up there is another car rental place right next door . ALSO, the cat came with oil change lights on and tire lights . Be ready to go to a mechanic when you pick up the car.

I wanted to leave a review because I almost didn’t buy this car from Gary because of all the bad reviews. I was very suspicious and honestly gave him a pretty hard time because well, I assumed the worst from the reviews.Gary, was very upfront and accommodating. He allowed us to take the vehicle to be diagnostic tested before buying. The vehicle was in excellent condition. We had a small issue with the title, but Gary was very responsive in helping us rectify it. He even reimbursed us for our troubles (which we did not ask him to do). Gary is a good and honorable businessman. I believe his reviews are more of a product of the type of people who do business with him; some people always just want to play the victim.Thank you, Gary!! We are very happy with our purchase and they way you conducted yourself and your business!!!

Don’t trust this place dude is a huge liar who scams on the disabled told him I was autistic i saved up 4000$ for the first time in my 30 years of life to actually do something on my own and buy my first car in my name, man said he put new oil in and a new clutch on my car in person in front of a witness and over messagesHe forgot to mention he just topped off old oil with new when I took it into my mechanic he said oil was darker than dark and had metal in it, the clutch also started making noise which was the main reason for taking in the car to the mechanic said the clutch was never changed. Which the good thing is I have documentation of messages saying he fixed the clutch that was never fixed Although used cars are as is sales fraud is 100% illegal next time don’t text people I fixed the clutch when you didn’t.. hopefully you’ll fix this but if you don’t I get it you don’t want to admit screwing over a hard working disabled people but you know exactly what you did and the fraud you committed

Gary was a polite man, but he is very sneaky. We wanted us to test drive a car he had for sale, but he insisted on going with us and made sure we drove a short distance and only on a very smooth road. We paid him cash ($5000) for the car and my wife drove it home, following me north on Interstate 35 to Perry, OK. Once the car reached 70 mph and higher the steering wheel began to vibrate very bad. When we got home I took it to the Chevy dealership to find the problem. The drive shaft from the transmission to the driver-side front wheel had a coupling that was severely worn and caused the excess vibration. Whenever I drove over a bump I could hear the metal clattering. When I contacted Gary and told him, he accused us of damaging the car while driving home and has refused to even speak with us, text us or message us since then. He may seem nice and may have sold some cheap cars, but rest assured that he is completely greedy and dishonest, and if you ever have a problem he will accuse you of doing something wrong and will cut off all contact with you. I highly recommend that nobody do any business with him or his business. Seriously, he cannot be trusted if anything goes negative!

I had someone I referred to this company on good faith of being able to assist them in the most respectful manner, It was brought to my attention that the customer that was referred to this establishment was slandered with disrespectful remarks that would be demeaning to any woman let alone human being. The situation was over a deposit in which from several previous reviews have been mislead to be believe other wise, not only in the mishandling of showing what should be great and outstanding customer service. This establishment has had a long history of being disrespectful and rude to other customers including highly offensive language that would be very demeaning to a woman, especially a woman that was sent your what I thought was a great establishment. I won't completely cut my ties off from this establishment but i would not like to receive another complaint of great disrespect to the public in which you rely on to pay your bills and due back to the society. It is not hard nor does it take much effort to show even a little bit of customer service to the customers that still come to this place. I would love to see this establishment go a long way in the community but not in the manner of responding with disrespect when a customer leaves a review, that is your stance to become better as a company and provide back to the community in which the great customer care your company should always stride to provide.Thank you, Someone who sends you referrals....

When Hertz screwed me over on a rental vehicle, Gary & Tyler absolutely went out of their way to help me get back home to Michigan for my Dad’s memorial service. They were super helpful, and ready to do what it took to get me a great vehicle for my trip. Friendly, empathetic, honest, knowledgeable, and super service oriented. They even let me split the payment between cash & my debit card, and didn’t charge me a fee for using my debit card either.I will definitely be recommending AND reusing America Auto Rental & Sales!!!

Did business with this place back in January 2022. The only place in town that would let us rent something without a credit score or credit card. It was a little pricey but it's understandable because, as stated, we had no credit and were under 25. The battery in the car did go out while we were on the road but the owner offered to reimburse us for what we paid for the new battery. I didn't expect a car the size of a shoe box to drive almost 3,000 miles but it did!

Was told one price and charged another. Cars are dirty with animal hair. All of em needs new tires or whatever. Was told the max to drive was 300 miles a day. Then after I had to exchange a vehicle was then told 100 miles a day and I went over the 300 now gotta be charges .42 a mile. Told me I need 440 to rent, after the bank closed he told me I need a extra 130 and he would take that in cash. OMG. The guy was high as hell. And was trying to tell me that was not what he said. Well how would you know if u high. I told him lay off the weed. What rental car place you know charge almost $600 and give u and dirty rental car on empty. Who can I call to report this company?
