Good location. Just two blocks from the Bricktown area. Convent parking ramp. To my surprise the breakfast sandwich was very good. I was expecting some microwaved sausage sandwich.

Very good hotel with fantastic location, super close to anything in downtown OKC and surrounding area. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. There's also a nice (and expensive) restaurant and bar in the hotel, which is convenient. I only give it four stars because my room smelled very strongly of vape "smoke", which wasn't really that serious but was a bit unpleasant. Also, only one of the three elevators was working, and it was incredibly slow. Overall, great hotel choice, especially for the price.

It was a very dissapointing experience. I accidentally booked a room on my app while looking at rates for September 2024. I did not realize it until I got my credit card statement. I called the hotel and was told that the the General Manager, Christine McGraw had the ability to refund my money. After three or four days of unresponsivness she finally emailed and told me I basically am out of luck becuase, "the app warned me". I have no idea but beware, I have never had this problem with a Hilton property even cancelling the day of. This hotel has helped me decide to stay away from Aloft and Marriott as a company.

The double charged me on the 50 dollar deposit. So they took 100. Dollars. I called them as soon as I got to the room. My bank notification went off. They said it would be seven to 10 business days till I get my money back. According to reviews they seem to put charges on cards with out permission a lot. And they are not giving the money back.Charged 20.00 to park. No continental breakfast. Had to have refrigerator changed out sounded like a lawn mower and wouldn't turn off. The blinds had water stains all the way down. You could hear people talking in the hall woke me up at 2am. I'm so stressed and tired after this stay. Never again. I have stayed in much better. Hotel 8 would have been better.

The rooms were amazing but u would prefer a microwave and a closed of bathroom! The service was great they were sweet and were quick. The location was the best part since it had an amazing view and right next door to fast food places. Overall I would recommend staying here!

This property is modern and comfortable. The colors and architecture are super cool. The configuration of the rooms was something I haven't seen before but worked well. I would definitely stay at this property again, but would bring my sound conditioner. The road noise is pretty loud, even on the 5th floor.The proximity to popular venues and restaurants in the area is a definite bonus!

The location is probably the best thing about this place because the room had issues.On a cleanliness scale the room was 7/10. The bottoms of that closet-cabinet-shelves array were dirty. The floor wasn't vacuumed too well.The wall thermostat is just for decoration. You have to use the controls on the AC unit. There is no auto option so the fan will run all night. Don't stay here during cold days because the heater doesn't work. I found the room to be warmer when I turned off the heater because it was just blowing cool air.The shower door was missing half its seals so water would wander out the shower.The shower handle fell off. It is a solid, heavy handle, and I am glad my foot wasn't under it. The handle's trim piece also peeled off the wall.Also, plan to wake up earlier than usual because the shower's water pressure is very weak and your shower may take twice as long.The fitness center is spacious but the cable machine, two benches, and weights were all crowded in one corner. That cable machine is pretty heavy for one person to move. Well, me at least.

I checked in later in the evening as my flight got in at 8pm and thought I would order some room service but I was informed that it wasn’t available at the hotel. All the restaurants in the hotel were already closed so I had no choice but to go out and find a place to eat.After going out the next morning I returned to the room to discover the bed wasn’t made. I asked the next morning why and was informed that they only make up the rooms every 2 or 3 days…like it’s something I should of known. I’ve never experienced that from a hotel.I asked the front desk to call me a taxi and to my surprise, I was handed a card and told to call myself.I found the front desk, not accommodating and really not presenting any solutions.Service was a big zero and I wasn’t impressed with this location at all. Very disappointed with the lack of service and care. Never again!!!Rooms: Maid service only every 2-3 days unless you request more frequently…???

Rooms are nice and clean. The smell of paint was overwhelming at first on our floor but mellowed once we got the AC going. But all of our bags and things smelled like paint/laquer when we returned home.Love the location and close to many attractions. No phones in the room, seems strange. Very loud at night due to people partying in their rooms. Unfortunately after paying $355 for a 2 night stay they then charged us $17 a night to park in the parking garage. Um, what? We were asked if we wanted to park in the garage, we just assumed it was for guests. No one told us about the upcharge. There's no where else to park at the hotel, why would you have to pay to park there? Will no be returning.Walkability: Can walk to many attractions

Location is downtown very close to bricktown which is a plus. The front desk associates were very welcoming and professional. The rooms are really nice. Only thing about the room that wasn't so great was the shower area was a little ran down and there was Ants coming into our room from window area and by night stand. We didn't make a big deal out of it we just got some Lysol wipes and wiped everything down but that should be addressed for the next guest.

Me and my husband are staying here tonight. We had excellent customer service from the ladies in the front!! Desiree was so sweet and made our stay so comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel for any of my friends wanting to stay in OKC!!

I recently stayed at Aloft and wanted to share my experience. The staff were amazing and super accommodating, while the lobby had a moldy smell. I was disappointed to find out there's no gym or breakfast available. The coffee in the afternoon was quite watered down. Additionally, the pool had an off-putting green tint.Follow the bright light facing you as you walk towards the elevators.The rooms a/c condensation drips inside so don't leave anything by the vent.On top of that, having to pay for parking without proper security measures was a downside.

My wife and I are very disappointed with Aloft Bricktown, with both its general manager and customer service. My wife and I booked ahead of time and paid ahead of time for a one night stay. We are Marriott hotel members and always give them our business over other hotel chains. However, the morning of check in, my daughter became very ill and we had to take her to the emergency room. I called several hours before check in time to let them know of the situation, that we had an ill child and would not be able to keep our reservation. We were not cancelling because of some minor reason. When your child is sick, that is priority. I asked if it was possible to receive a refund since we cancelled ahead of time and had a very good reason for doing so. I was passed around to several different people until I was finally told that the refund approval would be up to the general manager. However, I was not able to speak to her directly. I left several voicemails over the span of a few days. Finally, she actually answered the phone when I called (not once did she attempt to reach me after my voicemails). She said she would look into it and call me back in two days. She still did not call back. No attempt was made by the hotel to contact me at any point. On day 10 since my first call trying to get this issue resolved, I called yet again. The manager took my call that day and told me after speaking with corporate our money would not be refunded. So since I am a loyal member, I asked if I could at least reschedule the stay because of our ill child, and again, I was told no. This is not something that is allowed. Due to this issue, I will discourage anyone I know to use any other hotel chain, especially if they are a member of Marriott. They will not work with you even if you are a loyal member with a legitimate reason for needing to reschedule a stay. This is such a disappointment. We will no longer be using Marriott and will choose another hotel chain to give our services to.

I enjoyed my stay here with my dog. Quiet on the northern edge of Bricktown... Deep Deuce borders location...which is nice. They are very pet friendly. Jillian was wonderful!!!They are still under some construction which made some things less than desirable. The staff was great!!! Thanks.Would stay again.

This is one of the worst stays I have ever had. Let me count the ways. Upon calling for the reservation I asked how easy the convention center was to walk too. WA told across the street. Nope 22 minute walk. Getting in our room after a 2000 mile trip. No water, at all. My kid missed his opening ceremony for his conference. I asked if we could have a bottle of water gratis and was at first denied with a healthy roll of the eyes from the front desk. Then a reluctant "if you have too". Then no hot water for hours. Trying to call the front desk their sop if if the are helping a guest to awnser, not say anything and place you on hold. See they have no phones in the rooms so you must call from your cell and low priority. Then I noticed 2x4 blocks of wood all over tables in the reception area, the front glass door off track and general disarray. Oh and the lobby is ten degrees hotter than outside. Since you can't reach the front desk I've had to come down each time there was an issue, greeted with no help, just the manager will be back in the next few days but I'll write a note. (I've asked for the manager but she was detained on the sixth floor, from another employee). This place is so horribly run. I hope no one wastes their money here. Oh and the TV did work, the shades are so cracked if you close them righteous LED parking lights blasts through all night. Keep in mind their were maybe three cars parked there. So they aren't under staffed. This is a management problem clearly. No one cares here. Not a bit.
