I went up there yesterday wed 8/10/22 to get a quote and sit up an appointment to which I did I had an appointment today at 12 the lady at the front desk told me that they can come to my job and replace my windshield well it’s now 2:52 08/12/22 they never shown up I called the store 3 times and no response so good service this store has ?

They did a great job installing my windshield but left my car in neutral and it ran into a semitruck. The damage was $4,500 + Now they want me to leave my car with them all day to fix it and I'm just not comfortable with that nor do I have a ride or time to do that. There is body damage that just isn't fixable without bondo and paint, I'm not trying to have a mixed matched paint job. I asked for cash of $2,500 and they refused. I then asked for their insurance company and they refused this as well. I guess the only other option is small claims court.?.?.
