The guy who works as a cashier named ezra is rude and ignorant he needed to marker check a 20 dollar bill on me when the white people infront he took their money and did nothing and then he had a very racist attitude and very poor customer service skills and ontop of it all the guy beside him checked out 4 people in the longer line while it was just 1 person and me in my line

Not terribly impressed. prices were ok though, not better or worse than any other store. No particular reason why its so hyped, seems like a lower quality trader joes. Didnt seem to be of any better value than other grocery chains. Inconvenient with the stupid shopping cart thing, is it really worth the stupid locks? Or is that a dumb marketing gimmick? I will stick with Homeland thanks

I’ll give this low score but it’s mainly due to the cashier who had a weird fake over the top niceness and she even questioned me on the items that I brought into the store. As far as I’m aware they don’t sell t shirts there so I don’t know what the issue was

I went to Aldi yesterday and waiting in the car for over 45 min while everyone else got their order . The lady finally came to the window and stated The phones that they use crashed and they lost my order. She informed me to cancel it and then just re-purchase in stores but the cancellation fee was $15 !! and I only ordered $16 worth of stuff .. The manager informed me to wait till the end of the night and they’ll cancel it out to avoid the fee but yet I received an email saying that Aldi completed my order. So that was FALSE. So now I’m down 45$!!! When I was only supposed to spent 16 from my original order being lost, the $15 cancellation fee and having to pay 16 more dollars to get my new order that they lost. Instacart stated that it was their issue and aldi refused to give a refund over something that is THEIR FAULT. I have no control over their phones crashing or glitching and I should have been refunded yesterday when I was there but yet the made me go buy all my items again and lied to me saying that I wouldn’t get charged . The lady I spoke to acted clueless and basically told me she didn’t know what to do. I’d like a refund and I don’t know who to speak to because instant cart is blaming aldi for them not having phones and Aldi is blaming Instacart because that’s who I ordered through z HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

No small baskets. Have to make small deposit to use a grocery cart. Milk $.50 per gallon higher than it should be. Rude, uncompromising employees that have no interest in hearing about customer problems, much less, actually finding a solution. Cold day in hell before I set foot in an Aldi's store again.
