Ace is the place... But helpful people are harder to find than ever. Still found what I needed, but then had to find someone to unlock the cabinet to get what I needed. wonder if we the people start charging these companies for our lost time and wages... What could've been a 5-10 minute trip took over a half hour. Still the store is great.

When I was overburdened with cans of propane and map, the attendant came and picked them up and carried them up to the front for me so that whenever I checked out They were waiting for me. The store was beautifully clean, and the line, though many people were coming through, was delightfully short.

When we first walked in the store, we only saw a couple employees. By the time we left, we realized the store had several employees. None are helpful. If you have to go in, learn the layout of the store first online.

Terrible customer service, went in needing to replace chainsaw chain. Needing oregon brand specifically which is sold there for a ryobi product. They insisted it wouldn't fit because it not on fitting list. Advised them the chain that was taken off is oregon brand and I purchased chain here, but didn't know specific fit. Instead of helping me find correct fit, they rather argue me down that it was not right brand. Instead of arguing bck and causing scene decided to come to britton location. Terrible workers here at this location.

Didn’t have my item for my online order, waited almost 25 minutes in the front of the store for them to finally tell me they didn’t have the item in stock, it’s now only 20 minutes from closing and can’t get to any other store in time to get what I need, the lazy manager was to busy on her personal cell phone to actually do anything for me, she spent 2 minutes looking for my item and sat back down, it wasn’t till I inquired with the very nice front counter girl who had to keep going to the lazy manager for directions on my situation, just pathetic, absolutely no care or initiative from this manager. They had cancelled and issued a refund for my order before they even asked or told me they didn’t have it, asked if they could call another store that says its available to verify it was available and I would rush over and the very sweet counter girl had to interrupt the managers tik-tok time to tell me “no”.

They may not be as cheap as the big box hardware stores. They carry a large selection of plumbing accessories. They had a part to allow my portable dishwasher to hook up to my kitchen faucet. The big two didn't have that part. They might have the part that doesn't have the sales volume the big stores require to be stocked in their stores.
