Holy cow…… I’m pretty sure I saw at least 3 groups of homeless people sleeping in the parking lot and one man peeing on a dumpster. I wouldn’t go here if the sun went down. Just seemed unsafe. Staff was nice though

I've been going to this Ace Hardware, in particular, most of my life, and it is still the same way. It's always been for the most part. I've never had any problems finding what I needed for my projects at my property, and the customer service has always been above reasonable. I would recommend the place over Home Depot or lowes Any Day of the Week as long as they have what you need.You can also go online and see.M c they're updated inventory any time, day or night.

Seems like every other time I visit this ACE on SW 44th & Western, someone is always walking out of the store with something they did not pay for. Today I saw a man walk out hiding something in his pants. I asked the cashier if they had security he said no. Please, Please invest in security.

What I like about Ace Hardware is you can buy one nut or one bolt or one washer not having to buy a hundred and get help to get the right one

Most of the time I go there and get exactly what I need or as close to it as I can get and sometimes you go in there and most of the bolt containers are empty and you have to go somewhere else
