Wish i could give zero stars paid 1500 and some change for 6 months of auto insurance well they decided i had to pay $91 dollars more, 3 months into my policy because they took a discount away from me. Well they say they emailed me and even sent me a letter about taking away my discount i have still yet recieved anything not even a cancelation notice i did recieve about half the money i gave them for my policy but when i called and left a voice mail to ask them about that no one responded some hung up on me now months later i have a ticket from the state saying i gotta pay about 200 bc no insurance so far worse customer service ive seen in any company let alone an insurance companyFinally got team lead on phone basicly told me i should have known they were mailing me stuff and known that i wasnt recieving mail from them and i should have gone to my post office to see why i wasnt recieving anything from them and when i asked how would i had known i wasnt getting mail if you wont give me a courtesy call about my account before you cancel my insurance then dont answer phone and wont call back when i left a voicemail thats when he said i was abusive and hung up on me

I just received a letter saying they will not renew my membership, the membership that I pay for. I am at a lost as to why, so I called the Corporate Office, located in Dearborn, MI, which is where the letter was sent from, and I asked, why am I being cancelled and NO ONE could give me an answer, the rep said that Corporate Office could do that at their discretion, meaning no reason has to be given. Their service has really gone down over the years and I am very disappointment I have paid for their services, so why are they penalizing my membership, did I use the service to little or too much. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW, I have been a member since 2010, I am a senior and need the service in the event that my car needs to be towed for service. So where does that leave me, like most seniors in America out of help and on my own.

AAA is a horrible company. They bully you and then they will say this is not bullying. Your drivers come without mask, ask woman to open the hood, start smoking and then they lie and put the blame on the customer rather than admitting that your battery is defective. I am a disabled veteran. That Driver came and told me Go, open the hood. He told me i am going to give you 4 minutes. If your car does not start then you pay for the battery. he went to his truck and started smoking and don't know what he told his dispatcher and told me that we are not going to change the battery because you don't drive much. We are not going to honor the warranty of your battery. That is not even 6 months old battery. Batteries have 6 years of warranty. This had happened on 7th and that Guy didn't change the battery in-spite of my so many requests and then without telling me started his truck and went away. I called them more than 10 times and they were intentionally disconnecting me. One of the Guy on the phone told me, you talk to 100 people then also we are not going to change the battery. I called their member relations department. What a shame? Member relations. You should call that department "We know how to bully" Last week, i called again and they send another bully. Looks like both drivers were buddies. He said Your Alternator needs to be changed. Call for Tow Truck. I said you give Jump Start and he refused. They were determined to torture me.He said Alternator will cost you $600 to $800 with a stupid smile. Shame on AAA. Shame on you 2 supervisors i spoke today. The Guy who came today was a gentleman who didn't care of his job and changed the battery of my car. He told me nothing is wrong with the Alternator. People like him should be supervisors who care about customers. 2 Supervisors I spoke today, you should not be supervisors. You are disgrace to supervisory positions. You did this horrible thing to a disabled woman veteran, how pathetic can you be? Just remember what you did to me, will come back to you sooner or later. Mark my words.

I used AAA to get my car towed to my mechanic in Tampa on a flatbed cuz my starter went out when he got to my mechanic there was oil everywhere he had put a hole in my oil pan the company is Express Towing if anybody cares about their car and it is their baby do not use Express Towing through AAA it has been 2 weeks and we have gotten nowhere getting it solved the mediator for AAA they assign me does not call me back she actually doesn't do anything be aware

AVOID. Just canceled after being a client for 33 years. Reason? Ask "ANGIE" The idiot who told me a tow truck was on the way on Friday September 24th 2021 at 1217pm in Tennessee but never ordered it for me. C' YA.

I hope I will get and answer to this statement tomorrow 9-22-21 when I call customer service . I have been a member for sometime and today 9-21-2021 I needed the use of a tow truck, and when I called for roadside assistance I was told by the agent "I'm sorry it seems your listed as deceased in our system" and then the agent proceeds to ask me verify who I am, which I did. Wow so I'm listed in the system as being deceased. Now that blew my mind of course but then I thought well the system for AAA had no problem taking my annual payment in July, 2021 and sent me a new card for next year. So why I wonder am I asked, to pay $187.00 if I wanted to reinstate my membership today so I could get the tow truck. This is crazy why should I have to pay twice for a service that I have and have used just because the system, the AAA system is wrong. The rating I give is one star. Maybe that rating will change after I call customer service tomorrow 9-22-2021 we'll see one can only hope. SN: No identity theft my personal information is secure. It's just this AAA system

I have been a long time AAA member and have always considered AAA and the services provided, top notched. I was recently involved in a hit and run. The AAA adjustor and the body repair shop did not disappoint. However, my experience with AAA towing was/is (on-going) a disappointment. I filed a claim with AAA Towing/Member Relations regarding a towing incident over two months ago. After countless inquiries, I have yet to hear back from AAA regarding my claim. I can only imagine, I am in queue behind many-many customers. To say, my claim fell through the cracks has no merit. Again, I have called countless times.

first year with AAA, what a regret! 24 hours later and my car still has been tow! I will cancel my membership with them, it's all about money they don't care about us at all! So disappointed with AAA! Kept to call them since 5:30 in the afternoon yesterday and until now still no responde to me!

I would give 0 stars if I could, purchased a SUPPOSEDLY new battery with a 6 year warranty in March not even 7 months later the battery crapped out and they refuse to honor warranty saying the car has to be drivin every day or else we void the warranty. We called for a jump service and the guy who came literally said your battery is dead dead and we can't help and the warranty is voided and just left VERY RUDELY. My neighbor is a mechanic and checked the battery and said the battery they sold us doesn't even look brand new. Terrible service over 20 years as a customer and I will never recommend or renew.

Triple AAA plays a lot of games and make it seem like they are trying to help but never did . I've been waiting for my total loss check for almost 2 months now and all they do is play games .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This company does not care about their customers at all. We filled a claim 2 months ago, their tow driver hit the back of my 50k truck and denied the claim. We have not heard back from Jeff the service manager and his boss Efran. What kind of professionalism is that? This company needs to fire managment and get people who are EXPERIENCED and know how to do their job. Stay away from this company because any accidents they are at fault in, they will NOT PAY or give you their time of day unfortunately.
