April 2024 by Kyle Dickinson
I wish I had something good to say. I tried very hard to be patient and understanding as I know that running a pain management clinic must be very difficult.I was referred to this clinic in February and scheduled my new patient appoint with them for March 14th. They called me on March 11th to cancel due to “a family emergency with both doctors” and told me that my appointment would be sometime in April. No problem. I understand that these things happen. They said they’d call me near the end of March to reschedule. So I wait. The end of March nears so I call a few times to no answer and leave a few unreturned voice messages. Again, I am patient because I know that seeking pain management is a process. I finally get ahold of someone on March 25th. I politely asked if I should just go ahead and seek a referral to a different provider. Emily tells me that I don’t need to do that because even though everything is still on hold because they were “restructuring how they schedule new patients” she assures me that they will still calling on April 1st to finally start scheduling appointments.Again, I am patient and understanding, even though the reason for all of this suddenly changed from a “family emergency” to a “restructuring.”I hear nothing on April 1st, so I call three times on April 2nd and since no one answered the phone I left another voicemail. I call again two days later to nothing, so I begin calling once a day hoping someone will pick up. Finally, on April 8th, I reach someone who then informs me that they are still not currently scheduling new patients and they have no timeline as to when they will start.Look, I understand that they are probably overbooked and understaffed, but what really gets to me is that I specifically asked if I should just start looking for a different provider and was told not to, only to be continually strung along for weeks after that.It takes time to get a new referral and book a new appointment. I am dealing with a number of serious issues that cause me great pain. This clinic has delayed my ability to receive care for my afflictions and has therefore caused me tangible harm.Being in chronic pain and seeking medical care is already a difficult, vulnerable, and undignified process. I would caution anyone considering this clinic to reconsider.

This place is Ridiculous and awful. I’m not even a patient here and never was or will be this just what I witnessed taking family member to the doctor. First of all this place is a business and they don’t answer their phone like at all. If you have question or anything you are SOL. Also the male doctor is very rude and hateful not friendly or caring. The people at front desk are useless. You have problems getting your prescriptions every time. Do not go here!

I've been to clinic twice this week. Saw the woman dr.for the 1st time. She was knowledgeable, very caring & made sure I understood everything she told me. Carla at front desk was very nice, had patience with me & made sure my needs were met. She did exactly what she said she would. STELLAR service

I missed my appointment on Tuesday 12/5,I have been calling this office for 4 days and no one answers the phone, I have called before. 8am and after 4pm why don't they answer the phone? I'm out of meds and they don't seem to care,I understand that they are very busy, but they could do a callback.

Went to this place and I do agree with the other person the front counter does not have customer service skills. But the issue today is I go for my appt apparently the billing lady wasnt doing her job my insurance had changed she didn’t file that. So I ended up having to pay which wasn’t a problem private pay I’m in pain.. so they take my money and never call in my prescription and haven’t answered the phone in 2 days and want return none of my calls…., It is not my fault the person you selected and hired wasn’t doing her job then take my money don’t send over my medication and keep me in pain is not acceptable! please believe this is not over!

I have been seeing the Doctor's here for a long time. They are great and have worked wonders for me. I do get upset occasionally because if you need to call in for some reason they never seem to answer the phone.

The best place for pain MGMT! The doctor and the staff are amazing some of the best and most hard working people ever! Thank you all for changing my life! And being understanding that there are people who live with chronic pain!

And while I personally like the two doctors, dr. Anwar is in and out in less than 2 minutes. And Lord help you if you need them to call you back because they won't. They won't answer the phones and they rarely call back. I'm finding me a new pain Management center. Because to be honest it's a 50 mile drive for me one way and if I'm going to spend that kind of time and effort going someplace I expect to be treated with respect. Very disappointed in this center. As of now it's been about 3 weeks and they still haven't called me back. I've left three or four messages and I've texted the number that's supposed to be textable. But nothing in return. It seems to me they don't care about their patients. You get a sense of being on an assembly line there. The only reason Dr pops in is so that he can say he saw you.

So I have been trying to reach someone in the office for 24 days!. They prompt you to leave a message and someone will call you back. They also say do not leave multiple messages this will slow them down. So I waited and waited and waited... Then drove to the clinic, to be told WE dont return calls ..we dont even listen to them we are eay to busy for that!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!

This place is the worst. Every appointment I had THEY couldn't be bothered to be on time for. Then they want to give you attitude. I had to sit in a plastic chair for two hours with a torn disk and a bulging disk more than once.So I FINALLY get in there, keep in mind I'm going through spinal decompression therapy to fix the problem, and HE WANTS TO DOUBLE UP TREATMENTS. I decline the spinal injections and he got an attitude. Did not fix pain. Reporting to MRB.
