Had a delivery scheduled for Friday. Our jobsite is rural on dirt roads so all deliveries are scheduled around rain due to the fact of mud. Was told I would be called Friday morning. No call. We finally called and was told they would deliver Monday (after a weekend of rain). No call, no heads up and no good reason for not letting us know that they weren't delivering. Poor customer service.

This morning at 6:45, one of your drivers felt it was ok to run a red light. Turning west at Reno and nw 10 he entered the intersection after our light had green by a good 2 count. That means he consciously started into the intersection on a red light. I laid in the horn because I almost hit him. The passenger was a younger guy in a stocking cap and line green shirt decided to flip me off. He was in a truck with a crane in the middle. Next time I may not be able to stop!

Initial business to business dealing with this company and beyond unimpressed with their corporate controller Storm Sherrell. Extremely rude in emails and demanding. I would think that if management was aware of the image that she is portraying for the company they would have an issue but I guess behind emails anyone with an attitude can hide. Will not be doing business with this company in the future.
