Selling counterfeit goods is a federal crime in the United States, and the penalties increase with the value of the counterfeit products. The Trafficking in Counterfeit Goods Act states that selling less than $2,500 in counterfeit goods can result in up to 10 years in prison, and $2,500–$100,000 can result in up to 20 years.
If you suspect a business is selling counterfeit goods, you can report them to the FBI or the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). You can also file a report online with the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center.
Brands can also take legal action against counterfeiters, with civil remedies available for all intellectual property (IP) protection and criminal remedies for copyright and trademark infringements.
Securing IP rights: Registering trademarks, patents, and copyrights can restrict others from manufacturing products without permission.
Brand protection teams: Establishing a dedicated team to monitor infringements and take action against counterfeiters.
Educating customers: Informing customers about the benefits of authentic products and how to identify and report counterfeits.
Strengthening supply chains: Carefully vetting suppliers and using technology like RFID.
Collaboration with authorities: Working with authorities and using legal measures.
after reading all the reviews and adding up the amount of knives you sold at $200 a piece is a federal crime and you will be punished for up to 10 years in prison an eye for one and turning you in to the FBI

Came in and got a really good deal on a milwakee blower. The woman was extremely nice and even gave my spoilt son an airsoft gun he was raving about.

They staff is sometimes friendly and the store has a very wide variety of items and that's good its also a problem the reason they have so much is every single item it over priced by atleast 10 dollars, and they are so picky on what they accept for collateral it's surprising they stay open. If they would accept more items and then get rid of them at a decent price turnover would increase resulting in shrinking wall to wall inventory no one wants to buy. Letting go of a few of the workers and making the ones they have do some organizing and inventory they would go from an "If you have to" to a "first choice" bottom line D

This place is just filled with old junk. They obviously know nothing about musical instruments as every guitar and amp in the store is junk and likely stolen. The days of pawn shops are limited but this one won’t be around much longer for sure.

Buddy of mine bought a knife here for $200. It turned out to be a fake microtech being sold as a real one from this establishment. My buddy didnt ask for a refund, he wanted the other fakes on the shelves addressed so that noone else gets scammed the way he does. They refuse to cooperate and continue to sell counterfeit products for authentic prices. Such shady business tactics is what keep pawn shops at the bottom of the barrel as a business entity.
