This location always has employees running around like they haven't been trained well enough to handle customers. And the dudes that work at night are to busy making out with their girls on company time. Their girlfriends are sitting on the counters like they run the place. It's weird and unprofessional.

Multiple gas pumps not working. Multiple employees not working. Nothing but rude all around. Not handicap friendly. What has to happen for these people to do their job? The pumps never have paper for receipts. There can be 4 people on staff present and only one working the register while everyone else is standing there chatting. There could be a line out the door and this is happening. The only person who is always friendly and clearly is doing his best with the circumstances is the one man I have seen working there. The women come across as entitled and rude. They don't seem to want to deal with customers ever! I have many times over heard them complaining about customers or other people in their lives. It amazes me that they even have jobs. I can't stand this place. I spend $20-35 a day five days a week here and I have just absolutely had it! Now I will go to Oncue and give an appropriate positive review because the customer service is outstanding there. This place sucks. If I owned it, I would fire all the women there. Always dirty!

People are nice, but despite having brand new pumps, the pumps are slow and their receipts still don't work. Is the owner trying to save money on paper?If it wasn't so close to the airport and the best spot to refill, if returning a rental car there, I would never go back

REALLY the female that is working today Oct 10 2023 Around 3:30 needs to get written up,,,, I had a ticket from another unknown gas station but had to stop in at this 7-11 so I decided to cash them in OMG I shouldn't done that she told me that it was already cash in at that gas station Ummmmm how is this possible if it was my first time,, So be warned don't cash in your lottery tickets ,,,,,, her boss should look into this

Walked to this location because everywhere said it is open and with no sign on any of the doors they are locked.... As I was standing there at least 8 people came up and left. Maybe your employees should work instead of sitting in their friends vehicle
