I live close to this store,which is the only convenience of it tbh..firstly their drink machines are out of order on certain things like lemonade on fountain,they don't even bother to mark what's out of order,the paying customer is supposed to guess? Not everybody drinks pop guys so the least you can do is keep up on your made tea,but they can't do that either..I don't blame the worker,I blame management for allowing it to continue.

Soft drink area was pretty clean and well stocked. Older property but decent. Not the most friendly cashier but maybe just not having a great day. ?

My new 7/11 —I followed a valued employee from a previous 7/11! Heather is the sweetest and most genuine people you’ll every meet working in customer service! She is always smiling and greeting everyone (even while busy) she recognizes everyone she helps through the day! She is also one of 7/11s best sales woman! She is great at offering all the DEALS! Just finished getting my Easter basket stuffers because Heather suggested today was the last day of $$$ dollar deal days! Heather is amazing & if you want a great experience in a 7/11 go see her — she works all the time !!

Typical 7-11, what you see is what you get. The workers are pretty nice! I do feel bad for them as they seem to have to deal with a lot of problems the upper management should be handling.

Rude lady told me the 7 select pure water is 2/$3 the same deal as Ozarks 1L bottles. But the sign said 3/$3 and she said it was a typo. She could use some customer service training on her tone. Not coming back since the deals are always wrong and typo

Since Jim Brown sold Seven Eleven, all stores in Oklahoma City have gone down hill. The attendants are not helpful and stores are always out of everything.

What I witnessed tonight was a bad thing when a customer took her words to far in a racist term to a employee the customer made me feel uncomfortable and was saying racial terms at the lady that was working the counter I don’t know what the argument was over but nobody deserves to be called something racist over a small issue I give thanks to the lady she was very polite and not rude and very respectful she deserves a raise

Am currently an employee at this 7-Eleven, there is very high turn over rate due to all the so call management or shall assistant, it was a wonderful place this store, when I first. Your job will jeopardized, when you they don't have the experience as well as to know talk and respect your employees, management talks about there employee behind there backs...drama

This franchise is in Decline. Things are falling apart. The attendant was helpful enough and pleasant oh, doing the best they could. Seems like the support organization around them is dropping the ball
