Whoever the dark guy is with the glasses that's working right now (11/7/24 6:30am) he needs to be either fired or re-coached. He doesn't speak when people walk in the store, he doesn't speak when people walk up to the counter, and he's overwhelmingly unwelcoming to customers.

I'm confused as to how some of these people pass the interview process. 0 customer service skills (cashier didn't say hello, welcome in, how are you... nothing), THEN my card gets declined because the guy is either entering EBT or something (even though I'm using visa debit) and he just sits there like I'm wasting his time. Stop hiring these people and DO BETTER!

Hello I come to this store a lot today is 8/1/2024 and my kids were racially profiled by a worker there they were in the store for less than 2 min and she not only kicked them out the store SHE CALLED THE COPS ON THEM my kids has money they are black and she kicked them out for no reason at all and absolutely no apology the employee has no teeth in the front if her mouth im not sure her name. i want her fired no one has contacted me about this.

Worst customer service ever! She was upset she had to get off the phone to ring me up. Didn't ask me for rewards info. Didn't even answer my question about buying additional items! Repeat- I tried to spend more money and she ignored me!

Do not go to the taco place very unprofessional. And throws your food together looks a mess. 7 eleven could do better without that place. It takes it down a lot of notches to poor excuse for taking up space.

Awful service as usual. The clerk working on 5/31 at 5:45 is in the wrong business considering she’s rude, inconsiderate, and staring down at her phone throughout the entire transaction. She obviously knows she can get away with anything by not wearing a name tag and upper management just not caring anymore. Go across the street to OnCue, at least the clerks there are held to higher standards.

Worst experience ever.... may 25th @10am. I imagine I was dealing with the same person the lady with the quarters had problems with. He wouldn't give me his name 5'5" black kid with tiny dreads sticking up. I asked him if he worked there 3 times. No one was in store for more than 2 mins and im not there to wait. (not wearing any uniform) they asked me who I was talking to I told him the person I was making eye contact with like most people. Then he refused service for being power hungry tiny person I guess. The store number on the door was wrong. The customer service rep was Indian yet his name was John & told me I can't have his full name or employee ID. Never going to over priced ville again

after buying 30 dollars in gas I was told I had to buy something to get change for the toll out of a 20 dollar bill. I miss the days where customer service was important. The OnQue across the street will get my business now.

Had to wait 5 minutes for a drink bc they were counting drawers....every other business got it figured out lol cmon 711 that's embarrassing!!!??

Everyone in the store was super nice. Probably the most pleasant 7/11 workers I've ever met. The only con is that they could get people checked out a bit faster. All in all. I recommend this 7/11. And the cilantro salsa is bomb from the Laredo taco place in there

When I go to the counter to pay for something, typically an employee says hi or thank you or may I help you. Apparently this girls phone was waaaayyy more important than any type of basic and I mean basic customer service.That’s okay, there’s an Oncue next door.

The air dispenser doesn’t work. I needed some air, when I went there I tried to fill up my tire. Since it didn’t work it took my money AND deflated my tire, good thing I made it to a different gas station. I called to let them know it didn’t work, the girl over the phone said they know. Then why not put up a sign so customer don’t spend money and risk deflating their tire with a broken dispenser?

Worst experience ever. I am broke today so I had quarters and needed gas. I ask the cashier, DAKARI, could I get some gas w quarters. He told me he's about to get off and ain't got time for me or them quarters. He just got uglier and uglier after that. I went back in to get his name and he was again so rude. I went to OnCue across the street and they had NO PROBLEM helping me and even gave me a hug because I was so upset and shaking. Would not recommend.
