I just came by with my friend around 4:40 pm Tuesday the 23rd of 2024. They are the RUDEST shift of people EVER!! DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-ELEVEN. I will repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-ELEVEN. They like to take their anger out on customers arguing with everyone that comes in. Every time I went in there, they always caused SOME FREAKING ISSUE. Some of the most GHETTO service I've ever received. They never have anything either. Always out. Don't even have any gas pumps!! Not even a true 7-Eleven. Go to my favorites. 12300 N Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120
10901 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73120
Y'all need to fire that shift and get a new crew. Don't care what area you're in, no reason to act the way you did!
My service was so bad that I am not editing this to say that my experience has been so bad for years at this location that I reported them to The Better Business Bureau.

For every 7-eleven that has their bathrooms closed I’m going to start reporting them to the fire marshal. I don’t believe every single 7-eleven bathroom is 100% out of commission 100% of the time

If I could give them a ZERO I would. LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH, something so simple and the NEW MANAGER OF THE STORE WAS HORRIBLE, he let his feelings get in the way of business and the customers. He is a black male, they all were bad but the LEADER was the worst. I will be getting in contact with corporate just because jobs are needed doesn’t mean you just hire anybody

So many employees so little getting done . typically when you go into store the person working the register is on on their phone the entire time but today .. three employees, one guy running both registers and for first time ever .. an employee sitting on counter. Perhaps more training or get a new crew.

Every clerk at this store needs to work on their customer service skills. It's like 7-Eleven has a requirement to be rude to customers in order to get hired. And if you're going to talk bad about your customers, atleast wait until they can't hear you. Deplorable.

This is for the store at 10901 N May Ave, OKC Store manager Chip very very very rude to me when asking a question and trying to complain about a problem at the store. Chip said I don't like you attitude and get out of MY STORE and never come back. Just for asking a question and trying to let the store know about a problem at that store. Chip is all King I guess. I also found out that there is no assigned District manager for this store. No oversight. Chip has free reigns to do what ever he wants Now that the OKC stores are corporate owned they can do what ever they want.

Everytime i come to this store, the clerks are not friendly at all! There is one in particular a guy named Tracey he never wants to give a sack! I purchased 5 items and the nerve to not offer a sack! When I politely asked he got a attitude ! He seem like ge hates his job he is never friendly! 7/11 should do better!

I came into this place a couple of days ago to return a money order. There was a kid named Griffin who was such a great help. However, he was trying to help me and then like 8 people came in and his other Co worker's wouldn't help him. It looked like they were auditing. It doesn't matter though he handled it the best he could, but I was shocked to see that nobody else would stop and help him. There was a lady named Leslie that was at the register as well and wouldn't even acknowledge anybody. I use to do retail an am still in customer service this place has no idea what team is. Also, I'd like it to be noted that Griffin was a team player and what an asset he is to this company. I will never go into this 711 again they need to get it together there is to much competition out there.
