Go literally anywhere else! The store is in disrepair (very raggedy.) They don’t listen to you, they aren’t courteous at all. If they make a mistake and put your gas on the wrong pump because they don’t listen they will make you feel like you were in the wrong. Literally go anywhere else lol

New update: Problem solved ...store manager is very polite, understanding, well mannered, as well as most employees in the store ...also Like i expected...7-11 headquarters customer service promptly responded to my issue politely and professionally 5 stars.... 7-11 still has best deals and best service

Wish I could give this store 0 stars!!!! I worked here recently and was verbally assaulted by one of my coworkers. Instead of the situation being handled accordingly I was fired and banned from the store by the store manager TIFFANY FAULK. The over night employees are rude, they drink on the job, and do drugs behind the store. Wouldn’t recommend working here at all until there’s new management.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to be project vomiting everywhere I bought food from their hot case a chicken leg burrito egg rolls and corn dogs. After we ate that food a few hours later the cramps and vomiting started to happen me and my kids were literally vomiting everywhere and running to the toilets i knew it was the 7 eleven food because it was the first thing we ate in the day . If your labels say it was just made then it should be fresh not sitting out all day poisoning the neighborhood I will be contacting cooperate I just had to warn everyone

7-eleven on 122nd and Penn. Some of the cashier's need lessons in customer service. They are there to help and assist the customers not to he lazy an rude as hell. Do not go there unless I need to.

Hate to leave a 1 star however the clerk that assisted me today was rude. She couldn't be bothered to pick up the item herself to locate the scan bar instead tells me I need to do it. She then can't get her register to work so has to scan it again and this time she is miraculously able to do it herself. Once she had my items bagged she set the bag at the edge of the counter closest to her and she was done. So I had to reach over the counter to get my stuff. I've never had an experience like this at 711. Clerk with the stocking cap on and chain with the M and a Shellie?? tattoo on the left side of her neck. Idk if it is required that our ID is scanned ..every other time the clerk verifies the date of birth. When I presented my license she made me take it out of the sleeve so she could scan it which is what caused the register to mess up. Smh

122nd &Pennsylvania location. Overall it's a 1 due to the outside appearance and now has become an encampment zone for those fortunate who harass those going inside. The clerk on duty greeted everyone and did the absolute best. The Store is Cluttered and encampment issues must be dealt with as it is a safety issue now...
