Staff is unfriendly, restrooms closed always, I’d say go to On Que you may pay a few cents more but at least the restrooms aren’t closed at 2 pm

After looking at all these reviews I am not surprised i was scammed for water… water! I purchased water on DoorDash, and the dasher literally pulled up to my location with 2 water bottles that weren’t even the same brand and were pretty hot as if they were left in the car. Not sure if it’s the store or the dasher but neither can be trusted clearly. I’m reporting this location to the BBB.

They even do not reserve one star . Terrible customer service !! They shouted at us ! She might be on drugs or something. Most of the pumps do not work !! DO NOT BOTHER TO STOP THERE !!!!!!!

Almost everyone who works at this store is just plain rude and combative with customers. They talk poorly to customers. Yell at customers. There is a systemic culture of poor customer service at this location, which is most likely due to poor management. It's terrible. I buy the same thing every time I go there. 4 out of 5 times a lady behind the counter argues with me about it. Normal people don't act like this. It's like the people who work here are trying to argue and start fights with customers for no reason.

The elderly African American woman cashier was having a bad day, Took it out on me lol, I've been spending a lot of money there For about 2 years long before it was A711, I will never go back to that store since it became A711 Customer service has gone downhill

This store is so unprofessional. A worker follows a customer out the store asking what did he say, after I heard him say “I’m sorry” then the worker who was suppose to be checking me out at the register leaves me there to go outside to add fuel to the fire with the other worke instead of leaving the situation alone. Then when both workers come back in one was stating how she has a knife & would use it. The other worker says yeah he almost got clocked. Like how unprofessional. I never got an apology for standing there waiting either. I will not be coming back to this store. The workers are always talking about customers in front of us or their personal business. You hardly get greeted coming in. It’s always unprofessional. I’m over it.

I wish I could give -3 stars. Extremely unprofessional. I take my kids in this store all the time. The employees are rude, constantly having personal conversations where profanity is used loud enough for the entire store to hear. A higher up needs to be a secret shopper and look into hiring new employees. Myself and many people around this area refuse to utilize services from that store until something is done.

Came in after work to get my nightly watermelon drink and was checked out by a cashier with the most miniscule amount of professionalism I've ever witnessed. Once she gave me the total for my drink, I overheard her say "I keep trying to clean the grills, but people keep popping up like they don't know how to stay home. They just want to be seen." Simple words, yet they had so much impact as she spouted this out right in front of my face. I didn't even want my change, I just left. Coming from someone who used to be a manager for your competition, this is unacceptable. Would she had said this in front of her GM? I think not. It was offensive and could've waited until after hours. Some things you just don't say in front of a customer, rather you're speaking about them or not.
