False advertising at this store. They refused to honor their own advertisement for ONs. When I asked the store clerk why they weren't honoring it, he just threw the sign on the floor in front of me, which felt very disrespectful. I spoke with a few colleagues, and some of them have already stopped going there due to the rudeness of the employees. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Staff is very rude!! store is dirty it’s not stocked go to get a fountain drink and nothing but syrup comes out just like it did when I worked there management was told over and over about fountain go to get a Dr Pepper out of the cooler of and guess what when you call corporate to make a complaint you can never get anyone I am a former employee and would like for Justin to get ahold of me please my number is still the same will update my comment to let everyone know if 7-11 really cares about customers.

Pumps alway broken, boxes of unopened products everywhere, and because of a money order debacle, I'm trying to fight to get my $400 dollars back but they refused to help. Said it wasn't their fault even though the kid behind the counter canceled the wrong money order. Completely unacceptable.

Tried using my card at the pump and it declined. Called my card company to find out nothing was wrong with my card. Go inside and politely ask if they new their pump was declining cards and the store clerk responds with yes 7 and 4 dont work. I said you should put a sign on the pump and he responds thats not on us its on the pump people. WTH.... you should still have a sign on the pump at your store to save some inconveniences.....

Pumps always broken nothing is in stock disrespectful attitudes from the employees at day and night you pick and it's not the only 7 11 to be this bad almost all of them are like this it's no wonder why oncue is winning the gas station war do yourself a favor and just close down

Hey guys, this 7-11 is now under new management. I have read a lot of these reviews and would like to apologize for the bad experiences that all of you have had and would like to let you know that we are vigilantly working on correcting all of the things that need to be corrected while we cannot fix them all at once please know that we are working very hard to do so. The store side as well as the restaurant side Laredo Taco are both under new management with both managers working very hard to make every customer that comes through the door happy. We are cleaning, fixing , filling and, ordering all products that need to be in the store. We ask for you to be patient and please know we will get to everything that needs to be done one step at a time. Myself as well as my team will work very hard to make this your #1 stop shop again! Every time I come here I have issues at the pumps. Always something broken and no paper in the receipt dispenser. I go out of the way to oncue. Much better.
