Have this young "lady" attacking my wife and her phone after capturing her nasty attitude on video. She came out of the store to verbally assault me in the parking lot after she was rude to my wife and she defended herself. Shameful, and disgusting behavior. Should be locked up but CERTAINLY FIRED. ? rude
Clerk. Dirty trashcans and parking lot. Employees are very disrespectful.

Very disappointed in this store, it’s a 24 hour store and I came here around 3:15 in the morning and the door had a sign saying would be back in a few minutes, well the lady was in there mopping, and cleaning, meanwhile a lot of people are coming and some waiting like I was, they lost a lot of business and after 25 minutes they finally opened the door to let a worker out and the guy that was working said they close til 430, how are you going to be a 24/7 store but close for over a hour.

Even know the store has went down hill in the last year. I still go there twice a week but after today no more. They are completely rude and would rather be on there phones then check customers out.

I hate that they lock their bathrooms. 7-11's have gotten so bad about closing their bathrooms to the public.

I love this location and the very kind Store Manager, Niecy. Des, who is a truly wonderful Customer Rep. had seen my frazzled and frustrated Sunday morning , and Des bought me a cup of coffee! I will continue to go back to 7-11, and I will pay it forward by paying for also out of kindness a customer's cup of coffee.

I went in to get a beer I was ask to leave my backpack purse at the register I politely said no I'm just grabbing a beer an she could watch me it was a man an lady with short hair she was very rude kept talking the male worker was nice but she kept going I had already brought my drink to the counter she was very rude an I was like b what's your problem I am a man an I don't see them asking any one else to put them purse away as if I'm a theft an they watched me al i wanted waa my 211 I will be contacting my lawyer I did not deserve such poor treatment an there bathroom is nevee open past 12am. Very rude to me an still trying to speak to some over this

8:15 am, 10-05-2023. Girl at the counter is rude and told me to go somewhere after I asked her to grab a drink from the back cooler which the drink is never in the fridge I always have to ask the clerk to grab it from the back

The manager Robert and clerk Niya would rather be on there phones then help customer. When called on it, I was refused service.. when I asked for their names was told they didn't have to give names.. another customer knew em and gave me their names. I wouldn't go back in that 7/11 if you tried to get me back in it. Today is July 17 2023
