I've been een going there for awhile to get coffee in the morning and to wait for a ride to work. This morning I was informed that my husband and I were no longer allowed on the property with little explanation. It's a shame that I won't be able use my rewards points but they could have handled the situation with a little more tact.

The 7-eleven person stole my money twice when I put gas I put 20$ and I just got 19._ _ something I don't remember this happened in 2022-2023Someone report this place I don't Wanna argue with anyone it's horrible no one needs to be treated this way.

Steer clear. This store needs to be shut down. It’s dirty and usually out of a lot of products, ATM is always down paysites always down. Gas pumps usually down. They do whatever they want to and no customer service whatsoever and corporate seems to allows it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

All I can say is wow! I have NEVER been treated more rudely by anyone in a gas station than I have today. At approximately 2:35 pm I walked into this establishment waited in line as the attendant talked on the phone. Finally when it was my turn in line I put 20.00 on the counter and simply asked for 20.00 on pump 3. Mind you it’s 110 heat index outside. My pump wouldn’t work so I went back inside and simply asked the attendant to please reset my pump. “Nope” as she replied “you were rude so therefore you will not get gas” followed by a laugh. Oh ok. So I went outside and used my card which now has a 60.00 hold on it. Lastly this women took it upon herself to turn every gas pump off!Oh yeah I called corporate. I’m sure nothing will happen but this individual needs to find a job outside of customer service! She is an ugly person inside and OUT! Bye I won’t EVER spend another dime in 7-11 EVER!
