I frequent the car wash next door to this facility. It doesn't matter if day or night,this place has nothing but drug addicts,drug dealers, homeless who have units inside. I've watched stolen things from the neighborhood being pushed in by shopping carts all night long. If thus place was to be searched by police they would be shut down. And to be condoned by management, they must be in on all the action. BTW gate is open all night. There are no gate hours. They come and go as they please. So if you want your things stolen and put in the unit next to you,then this is your spot.

Ha ! 4.1 rating? Give me a break. This place is crooked and let’s ILLEGAL ACTIVITY go on. Including letting people linger and live here. This place is the main cause of all the THEFT and drug infested crime go on with this area. Needs to be SHUT DOWN and FINED! Will be adding photos soon.

Never stored anything here but it looks like a homeless shelter after 8pm. Jumping the fence or waiting for a car to open the gate. Protect your expensive stuff elsewhere

The manager just called me spoke to me very rudely and I never even had a Storage Unit here my brother did so I don’t understand why this gentleman spoke to me so rudely this Storage Unit has nothing but drugs going in and out of it there is children and homeless people living in these storage units in inhumane conditions and this manager allows it! And he does under the table deals with drug addicts and has the nerve to call me and talk to me so rudely does anyone know the owner to this company? Then the manager says he apologizes For being rude after I posted a google review.This manger is completely unprofessional drive through this property and it will speak for itself. And the Manger made a deal for $20 to someone who is not on the lease at all so you’re doin Under the table arrangements with someone who isn’t even on the Storage Unit lease. Very disturbing!

Awesome management and professional staff and support from owner and especially the front office manager of the local facility. Working hard and it shows on trying to fix up and clean up every customer complaint, and client's concerns. Management is very attentive and pays strict attention to customers worries and concerns. Keep up great work.

I absolutely love your response to the homeless people being in units and I couldn't agree more. Homeless or not still people still have the same rights as anyone else and I'm glad you stood up for them because most businesses won't.

i have been using 16th st. storage for about 8 years and it is a great place to store your belongings i have had a few mishaps . but i wont go into details cause this really is a great place to store ur stuff. plus it is close to home... the attendent goes beyond to make sure ppls stuff is safe and locked and if somethig happens she dont heistate to call customer...asap.. thank you

Clean, friendly staff. Doesn't advertise to be 24 hrs, but after I had rented a storage from them for a while. They gave me a gate code so that I could access my storage room 24/7. Never have seen any bugs or bug droppings in my storage. Have never had any problems at all. I actually now have 3 storage rooms rented.
