They don’t even deserve 1 star honestly, if you can refrain from using them as a provider, I HIGHLY recommend someone else. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone and the 1 time you do it’s like you interrupted a funeral.. very rude. Internet is slow, pretty sure a turtle can move faster.

Even Cox has better internet deals than Slowtah which there cheapest is $30 per month for 25mbps.

Slow download speed at 10 mbps? and the slowest upload speed ever, 1 mbp?.Trying to upload something takes forever? It take 2 to 3 days to upload a game etc. isn’t that ridiculous??♂️.Over priced Internet and that’s why I only give it a 1 star because it is ? Internet.

Worst cable company I've ever had. Constant slow downs and not worth the money spent. Upgraded and was fine foe a while. They will want me to upgrade to top service. I'm having difficulties with just one phone and TV on. Don't think an upgrade will matter. Phone line cable just socks and so doesTatah. Don't use.

Ok. Internet service is slow. Their online billing is horrible. Have to double check that everything is correct on it because the account number doesn't come up correctly to match phone number
