I have worked with car dealerships for over 40 plus years! Big and small! I have never seen a dealer take the time and effort to sell a reliable vehicle to their customers like Jordan at Wheels!!! He is the new owner of Wheels... He runs every vehicle through his shop to be totally checked out! If it doesn't meet the standards it doesn't go on his lot period! He definitely looks out for his customers!!! If you are looking to buy He is you guy! I do work for him and have seen that if the vehicle is even a little sketchy he don't sell it! It goes to the action! They try to do everything possible to satisfy their customers!!! If you're looking for a vehicle you can't go wrong with them!!! Let me tell you, buy personal experience with many dealerships! They truly care about selling a reliable vehicle to their customers!!!!

******** UPDATE- Once the owner was made of aware of my circumstances, he wrote a check and refunded my money immediately for the purchase. As soon as time permitted it was only right to update the status of this post.

*******BEWARE*****If I could give this place a negative 0, I would. I have had to fix my daughter's car 4 times since I have purchased it. She has not even had the car for a full month. I have receipts to prove it. I understand it's a buy "as is" type if dealership, however, I should not have had to fix the car 4 times in less than 1 month. I even took the car to put it on a machine to have it checked before I purchased it. The first thing Ed said to me was, " I can't pay for it". I do take responsibility for rushing to purchase my daughter a car before I move to another state. I usually do not post reviews, however, I am making this post to try and deter others from purchasing a car from this dealership. My prayer is that this post helps someone else who is hardworking, and trying to provide for their children. I am reporting this dealership to the BBB. My prayer is that this doesn't happen to anyone else. These individuals need to understand that God sits high, but He looks low, and they will have to answer for their shadiness. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

My dad and I have been shopping for a car since May when I was in a accident. No luck til we pulled into wheels of Norman. Ed was our sales man and very nice and made us feel like home. I purchased a 2017 Ford explore and I've been so happy. With a growing family it's everything I've been looking for. Thank you for making buy a vehicle so easy especially after what we experience we had with Bob Howard and them wanting to put a $500 tracking device on a vehicle that we were going to purchase. That's just crazy ro me. Definitely will recommend this place to my family and friends!!

Update: There really are good people left in this world. Someone stepped in to help my mother during very dark time in her life after recently loosing my dad. And we are very grateful. It is unfortunate that the new owner of this business inherited this situation and I hope that they will do their best to make sure another family does not suffer the heartache we have.
Nope not a good idea to buy used!!!! We bought a town and country van from this lot. Noticed a noise right after we purchased it (paid cash at lot but borrowed from bank). It seemed to run fine. Had the oil changed as needed. Was used to get my dad to and from dialysis. Now it sets in a shop needing to have a complete engine replaced. Yes there is a risk when buying used. Yes, dumb move not to get warranty but my parents could not afford one. So my dad is in ICU and I have to deliver the news to my mom we cannot to afford to fix a car they are still making payments on. No big deal to some but devastating news for us. I’d like to think they would at least help make repairs but the world attitude this day in time is “sorry you’re out of luck”.

So Ive been shopping for a used Jeep for at least two months trying to be patient. I got the run around and almost sold a few bad ones in OKC, then Joe Cooper Dodge tried to do me really dirty, and no honor the internet price on the exact same Jeep I got from Wheels of Norman.
Their price was 20998 and they tried to tell me it was 26, but after an hour of talking and negotiating the best was 22, then finally 21235.
Talk about frustrated. I didn't want a red jeep. I wanted a blacked out jeep. Finally found the one of my dreams at Wheels, did all my reserach and Carfax, and called and talked to Matt. 19988 was the price and I asked about hidden fees, dock fees, he said that the jeep was priced to move and that's the price out the door. Wouldn't go lower. Jeep KBB was 16k but the add-ons made this jeep and low miles 20k.
I got down there and spent more time on the bank loan then I did negotiating. After shopping for months the wait was over and I got exactly what I wanted. The bank estimated the jeep to be at it's worth and there wasn't any major accidents. I hope they made money on this deal because it seems like I stole it lol

Update a week later and the weather got warm, AC wasn't blowing cold. Brought it back to Matt, and they took it to the shop and replaced the actuator for free. Even though I bought as is and it being a Jeep at that, I thought it was going to be a hefty bill later.
I'll definitely recommend other people in the market for the hassle free, negotiation free deal.

Bought a vehicle they stated was in better condition than it actually is. The vehicle needed the brake rotors rebuilt and now there are 3 lockers not working and causing a huge tick, which can cause more damage to the vehicle if not fixed.
Update: since owning this vehicle, we have had to get the locks in the doors fixed. The mechanic said it looked like it was rigged and not actually fixed. We also have another issue with the engine.
