Yesterday, my wife shopped at this Walmart on Norman's east side.
Somehow, her iPhone slipped from her purse and ended up in the parking lot, where Walmart personnel found it and turned it in to Timothy in customer service.
We were able to pick the phone up that night. Thank you, Timothy, and thank you to whoever the employee was who was honest enough to turn our phone in.
Incidents like this give you hope.

Just a Walmart, with normal Walmart shenanigans

Beware, their new digital "AI" price tags can be changed before you do your Self Checkout! You complain the price is wrong and the digital shelf price matches the register charged price?

I stopped at this Wally World after lunch, it’s a small Supercenter but it did have the item I was looking for. Each Walmart has similar layouts and this one seemed to be odd.

Still too much emphasis placed on self checkout. I don't work for you, I am your customer.

It's always a good experience at Walmart!

Employees didn't much want to make eye contact, at least all the ones with funky colors in their hair. Prices have become ridiculous.

Had a personally bad experience. Stranded by a ride and needed to charge my phone to call a Lyft and was treated horribly by management.
Products same as other Walmart stores.
The personal side: Assess for yourself
*I was told I couldn’t use their wall outlet for even a minute. Apparently a lot of homeless do this and this stores management, instead of helping someone in that shape, would rather make that persons life harder. Asked me to leave, that I had been helped, by being told no. I bought a battery bank and left, after lower staff laughed at me and management wouldn’t escalate my issue and brushed me off. I was appalled over their behavior and let management know about it, as I am boisterous and hate to see such an injustice. I have a heart condition and am in poor health, unable to walk very far, and I was treated like a “2nd class citizen”, because I was in shorts and a tattered old tshirt. Looked terrible! lol Technically, put in a position that endangered my health, when all it would’ve taken was 5min to get a charge and Lyft home. This is unacceptable, and it’s a whole other rant about the way we treat our homeless, however, the face of such a prominent business should have better ethics and morals within its community. Tssk, tssk. For lack of a better description, JERKS!*
Poor and /or downtrodden not welcome.

Check everyone’s ticket when leaving or not at all. And get qualified associates during the job. A 75 year old associate is not the people for this huge theft prevention attempt. Sometimes no one is at the door checking anything. And sometimes it’s someone who is very slow. Very elderly and has a very negative attitude in her body language

This is a good Walmart. I can get in shop and get out fast. Never long lines. Produce is decent. Food is decent. People are generally nice who work here. I use the automotive. They automotive guys are knowledgeable and professional.

The young men who brought my groceries to the car were very nice and handled everything with excellent care.
