I brought my car in yesterday to get the tire replaced and the service manager I believe his name was Johnny tried to rip me off by adding in a protection plan and when I caught he tried to lie to me about it. I read everything so you can't sneak me like that and it's very pathetic and when I told him how lame that was he agreed with me and tried to laugh it off. CUSTOMERS READ EVERYTHING WHEN DEALING WITH THEM! THEY WILL TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY! It's really sad to see how far people are willing to go to scam you. Customer beware if the MANAGER is doing this I can only imagine how the other techs are you doing y'all. Never again will I bring my car in here . You really tried it Johnny or whatever your name is but you're not getting me . I hope this reach anybody who uses their service department.

bought a package through walmart.com, was shipped through ups, been waiting for it and watching the tracking. it was delivered and ups took a picture of it being delivered, well i was notified almost instantly and came outside to pick up the package and it was gone, filed a complaint with ups and notified the walmart yet walmart never replied. after multiple tries it felt like it was swept under the rug. never did recieve a package or any notification or help through walmart.

I've had a Walmart prepaid card for almost 4 years; I keep it for emergencies/if I lose my wallet & need to buy something. Usually keep about $200 on it. I needed to change my address. Simple, right? Wrong. Call 1: They have a verification process where you have to correctly answer 4 (I think) questions about previous places you've lived. Agent cannot actually pronounce a number of words, and I have no idea what the street names are that he's trying to say. I try to get him to talk more slowly but he keeps talking over me. Shocker, I am not verified. Call 2: Agent says that agent 1 emailed me about alternate verification but he can't tell me what email address this was from, and gives me a different number to call. Call 3: Agent says they need a copy of my photo ID. Again, simple, right? She takes 2 of my email addresses and then tells me neither one is working (one I've had 4 years; the other, 6 or 7). I email her. She says the file is too big to open (??) and to please send a smaller file. THEN she tells me she can't see the ID very well but that she'll upload it anyway. It'll be 7-10 days before I know anything more.

Went in to buy some groceries and a small electronic device. As normal, they required me to purchase the electronics in the back but were unable to check out produce. I suggested the store put scales back there if they were going to make me checkout there anyways. The store manager, Tony, was dismissive saying that he couldn't do anything about it. When I asked to speak to the regional manager (the next step up), he refused to pass my contact information along and instead tried to pass me off to costumer service's 800 number. Store employees were nice and helpful, store management was not. I recommend shopping at the numerous other stores in the area that might be more responsive to customers.

This Walmart is the worst one I've ever been to. And I've traveled. They claim they have all these policies in place that NO OTHER WALMART CLAIMS. The managers are absolutely horrible and uncaring. I hate that it's the closest one to my home but I am finally fed up. Tried to exchange some items. They FORCE you to get the same items. Why!?? If I couldn't use the ones I have and unopened. Other Walmarts will put the money on a gift card to spend in their store. The manager didn't actually was playing on her phone IN CUSTOMER SERVICE while I was trying to talk to her. No eye contact whatsoever. Walmart is screaming they are losing all this money and I can see why! They treat us working consumers like trash!! I am a nurse and I would hate to think I would treat my patients like I was treated this evening. Shameful!!

I used their pickup service today and arrived on time and still had to wait 1 hour. I called to ask what was taking so long and they told me that I was 1 minute away when I was right there. I really hate this place. It needs new leadership!

They check your receipt at the door like your a freakin' thief if something's not bagged. That is the absolute dumbest reason to treat people that way!! Things aren't bagged BECAUSE THEY DON'T FIT IN THEIR BAGS!! Do they seriously think I'm going to pay $200 for items in bags then steal a 12-pack of Coke? Or a gallon of cat litter? IF I was going to steal something, I'd skip scanning it and put it in a bag! And they way they chase you down at the door is so disrespectful! What idiot decided that this is how to cut down on theft? It actually makes it easier!!! Great management? Not even close! Only disrespect for honest, paying customers while the thieves are laughing as they walk free.

Worst customer service ever and the old lady and the door who decided to throw my receipt at me after I handed it to her to check if I had paid for my 4 dollar gallon of milk is the worst one. If you hate your job that much retire.

What happened to customer service. I checked app, numerous bottles of Snapple diet peach tea. One on shelf. A floor worker was standing on aisle. I asked if she could check the back. Her response this isn't my department. I asked could she get someone. She acted like it put her out. She said I guess. She walked away about three minutes, came back and said there isn't any. All she did was walk around to other aisle, came back with her statement. She didn't even check. I left the cart (we were going to buy television, linens, DVR, phones and gifts, as we just moved back), and exited the store. This will be the third time I've gone to this Wal-Mart and received terrible service. I'm done.

I have been a loyal customer to this Walmart for 20+ years I bought an item that did not work for me and when I tried to return it with the receipt I was told that they were not taking pharmacy purchases at this time and to come back in a couple of months during that time the receipt got ruined with hand sanitizer so I did not have it when I went in today to return this item. The service desk told me that I could only get store credit for three dollars because they do not carry that item now and that's the cheapest price it was I understand this practice but I know I paid over $30 for this item. The service desk employee was very condescending and had a smirk on her face the whole time that you could tell even through a mask I also talkEd to a manager, she was kind, but told me to check with another Walmart so since I have to drive all over town to another Walmart I am now going to start going to another Walmart for all my purchases. I know they can tell from my drivers license that I have very few returns and none probably in the last year. I am very disappointEd with this Walmart, enjoy that $30.

Poor customer service by grocery pick up manager and staff.. I'm a postmates driver and deliver a lot of orders from this store and never had any issues until today apparently my tool box is too much stuff in the back of my suv for a pick up. They didn't even try to put in the backseat they just refused..

This Walmart was clean and bright! They had my promix soil. Only thing the app said they had the promix soil in pink bag but they didn't. Just the yellow bag. The soil was just what I anticipated! It was cheaper than it was marked! Overall experience was nice.

I normally don't rate bigger places like this but I see all the negative stars and really don't think it deserves that. I have a pretty busy schedule and love the convience of ordering online for my groceries. I have done this on several occasions (about 8-10 so far) and have always had the freshest produce and items avialable to me. They find it better than if I were to go in and pick them out myself. Im They are currently going through a remodel inside and it's looking really nice. I've never had an issue with any worker there either, very friendly. 5 stars compared to alot of other Walmarts I've been to for sure!

Clearly this Wal-Mart is repackaging its produce. I buy organic for a reason, so I am disgusted to open a package of "organic squash", to find a label obvioulsy peeled from one of the squash, clearly this produce has been repackaged!
