Walgreens is a store for essentials, prescriptions, health and beauty products, snacks, and food. Customers describe it as a great store where they can shop quickly, noting the employees are very pleasant and helpful. Many shop there frequently, from every other day to at least once a week. The pharmacy service receives mixed but largely positive feedback. While there can be a long wait for prescriptions, sometimes 10 or 15 minutes, other experiences are fast and efficient. The process for transferring prescriptions can sometimes be less than seamless, but often everything goes through like a breeze. Notifications for ready prescriptions are timely. The curbside pickup service is noted as efficient, allowing pickup within two hours of ordering online, even last minute. Staff are commended for being kind, quickly finding orders, and providing excellent, impressive service that is loads better than some other locations. However, there is a suspicion that the business may have problems keeping pharmacists and other staff. Overall, customers report only good experiences at this store, which has exactly what they are searching for.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand customer service sucks. I've worked it myself, but to openly express that im a nuisance when I'm trying to get my meds is rude. My bad for waiting 2 minutes before you opened and sorry not sorry you've got 4 hours of your shift left. Be more professional, and kinder.

I’ve currently been on hold for an hour and 49 minutes to ask if they have a prescription in stock. I’ve been “next in queue” for more than 90 minutes of that. I could have walked the five miles to this store to ask at this rate. And I still don’t have my prescription.
