Photo Center:Asked to see my product before I purchased it, glad I did because it was messed up. When I pointed out the problem I just got a shrug and was told "Well I didn't make it" - I never said you did, but wow, stellar customer service!Yes it was replaced but still an inconvenience. Don't know why I keep hoping someone will know what they're doing there.

I have used Walgreens for more than 10 years. I have no idea what the shift has been in the last 6 months but I will never use this pharmacy again. Zero accountable , zero follow through. I have to call non stop to get my rx. And call to spoon feed them when 2rx's are present and not to fill the wrong one. And they still fill the wrong one and then again it's my problem to resolve calling nonstop. When I get this misfill corrected I WILL NEVER use them again. And they could care less. I literally checked pill descriptions online to make sure I was giving my son the correct pill - that's how little faith I have in this pharmacy.

Very nice cashiers. The kind man that works late nights is extremely helpful and considerate. Safe and great location!

Two years ago this was the good Walgreen's, now its nothing but problems. Be prepared to sit in the drive-thru for an hour while only one line moves at a snail's pace and your meds will be "in progress" for a week on the app and then they'll just cancel them instead of filling them. Understaffed and the rudest mfers I've ever seen are all they've got working.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with … and that’s saying a lot because most are terrible.I sat at the window at midnight while our after-hours physician staff call the prescription in FOUR TIMES.They insisted they didn’t have the prescription. Perhaps it was stuck in their call-center national system I’ve called numerous times this morning … on hold for more than an hour.

TERRIBLE pharmacy service. First, I stood in line for about 15 minutes to order a refill. Second, the young woman told me I didn't have any medications with refills--when I knew for a fact that I did, because my doctor had confirmed it less than an hour before. It turned out that she couldn't understand my pronunciation of "benzonatate" even though I pronounced all the syllables and all the letters but had said "ben-zoh-na-tate" instead of "ben-zah-na-tate". After getting beyond that hitch, she told me it would be 20-25 minutes before my refill would be ready. I said I would wait in their waiting area and asked them to call me, and she said they would page me, pointing at the ceiling. Over _45_ minutes later, I received a phone call saying my prescription refill was ready. I went up to the counter and waited. After waiting for about 5 minutes for them to finish helping the customers at the cash registers, I was told that I would have to go to the end of the long line and wait in line a SECOND time. TWICE for ONE refill! I have severe lumbar scoliosis, and standing makes my back hurt quite badly. After standing in line a second time (for a total in-line time of nearly 30 minutes), my back was screaming, and I could not stand up straight. I took my prescription. That will be THE LAST PRESCRIPTION I ever get from this Walgreens.

Pathetic customer service. Absolutely horrific. Never will return. Called on needed prescription 45 minutes before arriving at the Wallgreens Main Street location. Waited in line 10 minutes and when I went to the pharmacy window a "porky pig" looking female actually pulled down the "gate" in my face and another customers and said that they were closing in 10 minutes and we would have to leave the store, get in our car and " wait in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes" to get our prescription. I told them that we are sorry to be such "pee on" customers. A skinny bearded employee in the pharmacy actually was laughing about it. Leroy the pharmacist said he was sorry and that he only had worked there several weeks. Noah after getting an earful from me said that they would not fill my prescription period. (Noah is correct they will never fill any of my families prescription's ever again nor get 20cents from my very fat wallet). Advice? -fire Porky, Noah and the beard man, retrain Leroy. PS. Costco and Sam's deliver pharmaceuticals often at far less cost and their customer service skills are inordinately superior. It was obvious that the c holes have zero equity stake in Walgreens -unless they are ignorant and illiterate. Should the head pharmacist not take disciplinary action- fire him/her too. Walgreens you are permanently fired. Many other choices. After reading these reviews, should you still consider patronizing Walgreens on Main/Flood in Norman -also consider having your head examined. Cheers & F. U.

Terrible customer service. Can't even transfer my prescriptions from here because Walgreens keeps declining my transfers. Called CVS the guy said he wasn't surprised

Only gets a one star because the employees are nice but this has got to be by far the most under staffed pharmacy ever. And it don’t matter what time of the day you go be prepared to stand in line or wait in the drive-through for a minimum of 30 minutes. I don’t know if Walgreens is aware, but there are people who cannot physically stand for that long people who don’t have enough gas to wait in line for that long. Y’all really should do something about this because because it’s absolutely ridiculous

This was my first experience with the Norman Walgreens on W. Main Street. I needed my prescriptions transferred from an out of state pharmacy. Shawna and the other staff went above and beyond to resolve issues associated with that transfer. They were able to get a partial order the same day and a full order the following day. I greatly appreciate the crew at the pharmacy.

This Walgreens never has medications on time, tend to consistently be on back order, and not provide any assistance on when you could expect them to get anything in.Worst location I’ve been to, and the staff either doesn’t have the power or desire to do anything about it. Would recommend not using this location for any time sensitive medications. However, you can expect them to put you through a phone tree, answer, and be completely incompetent. Lines are incredibly long, and there are plenty of better pharmacies out there.

This is, by far, one of the better pharmacies. The employees have a way of making me feel like I can trust them for medical advice and they make sure to approach me as friendly and pleasant whether speaking with them in-person or by telephone. I am at the end-of-the-rope at times when I am needing to use the pharmacy. Dealing with one more seemingly uncaring person is sometimes all it takes to set one off. Manners can sometimes make all the difference. Best pharmacy. And looks like everyone else that left commentary agrees. Thanks, employees of Walgreens

I went there to pick up two prescriptions that had been called in. They said it would be 30 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later to the drive thru. They said one was ready but asked me to come back in 15 minutes to get the other one. I essentially just went to the end of the line and drove back through, which put me back at the window 19 minutes later. I got to the window and was informed that they were out of the second medication and wouldn't have it until the next day. How did they not know that the first time I came back?

Im not sure what the problem is with the pharmacy, but every time i've gone there have been huge lines. I tried to pick up my prescription twice, and the drive through lanes had six cars each. I decided to go inside on the second attempt, and there were 10 people waiting in line for prescriptions. This is pathetic for a company that is worth $19B and they need to fix this issue.
