Really horrible service. The pharmacy technician who helped me, Kim, was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I'm almost considering finding another pharmacy after that interaction alone. Please do better!

I wait 3 hours, stand in line for another hour, and am told they haven't filled my prescription yet. They are open 24 hours so they have time to disappoint patients all day long.

I love walgreens and always go there to get my photos printed quickly and efficiently. However today I was greeted by the rudest lady i've ever met. Tay was terrible. She would not speak up, wouldn't make eye contact and was lazy in refusing to double check when it said my photos were ready.

Out of state daughter in law school tried to pick up prescriptions. They stated they couldn't because the card was expired. If they would have taken the time to verify and not be rude, they would have discovered the insurance was valid. I personally use CVS. Hopefully my family will move over to get away from Walgreens. Plus, they don't answer the phone. Very professional

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 5 pm. It ended up being backordered with no time frame for arrival. I wasn't called called and informed. I went to pick it up and was told this to late to call the doctor to have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy. This was on a Friday so I won't be able to contact the doctor until Monday causing withdrawal symptoms. There was no excuse for this. They also were unable to find two other prescriptions for at least 20 minutes. After much arguing a different person was called in to help and was able to find the prescriptions in only a few minutes. Again, no excuse for this. The management for this store needs to take action. The ratings for this store have been very low for quite awhile but nothing is changing. Time to change pharmacies.

Prescription pick up always takes forever and you're forced to go through the drive through.Edit: I wrote that initial review while in line. I have now been waiting in line for over an hour and there are still five cars in front of me. This is absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing for a drive-through pharmacy. Will be switching pharmacies.

The pharmacy is always very nice and pretty quick. The rest of the store is on par for a Walgreens.

This is the second time I've had had issues with them giving me my prescription I left from my doctors to go pick it up spoke with a lady who told me she saw all 4 processing should be ready in an hour or so I called back 3 hours later after hearing nothing spoke with a different rude lady who claimed they had nothing trying to refill a prescription for anxiety when I have bronchitis then said there was nothing as I had to go all day and night without my medication as my doctor sent it in twice bc we had this problem here last time absolutely the worst pharmacy horrible customer service and lies about my prescription multiple times will be hearing from corporate on my end.

After waiting 5 hours for a common prescription ,I had a coupon app for a medication discount. Although it was the same strength and number of pills , the clerk said they would have to charge more- my reg price. When I showed her the explaination- she said we don't do that. I only went here because my pharmacy was closed.

Lived in Norman for 20 plus years. Every single time I have to use either Walgreens in Norman the pharmacy specifically they can never have anything organized. Called at 4:10 PM to check status of med for wife. Said he ready at 5:10. I arrive wait in line at the pharmacy as usual 10 12 minutes. To get told it’s going to be another 15 minutes. This is why I use local owned pharmacy. Answer phone every time and can fill a script in 5 min while waiting. These big store pharmacies are junk. Even their big competitor. Which I will review on their Google page.

Came in knowing that my antibiotic was going to be 140 dollars without insurance and was totally bummed out and down about that. Hallie in the pharmacy greeted me with a smile and when she looked up my antibiotic she said let me see what discounts I can find. Hallie saved me 100 dropping my medicine down to 40 dollars. Hallie you are an awesome person and I hope that you recieve all the good you deserve thank you so much.

Drove all the way across town because it is 24 hours online. On yelp. Even called and voice system said 24 hours. I respect that they are having issues. But they apparently couldn't be bothered to update phone or popular websites.

I have filled my prescription 2 times prior at the same pharmacy and now they won’t fill and express to me the reasoning behind the fallacy of my prescription. My dr prescribed it I have filled it twice but now it’s a problem. I disagreed so now they will no longer fill my prescription. I believe the pharmacist job is to fill my prescription or update the dr but to wait until I arrive to try and control my meds???? What nerve! Every time I come here it is something else, pharmacists have to take breaks and leave for lunch then it was upset with the parent company now this. Good luck my opinion fill your meds elsewhere, unless you like lines, waits, confusion, delays, and all around lack of customer service… and this is cash no insurance!!!!! I thought sure my Dr was in control, but it seems the pharmacist had control of my meds.
