If I could give the pharmacy in this place NO stars I would. They filled my scripts since the CVS across the street closed a couple of years ago. And every time I've been in there have been too many customers in line and too few employees to serve them. Today, with a bad computer system and only one window employee, I was in a line of 8 people for 30 minutes for a vaccination I had an appointment to receive (several others saw the line and declined to wait and walked on out!). When I finally worked my way to the front of the line, they would not give me the vaccination that my doctor had recommended I get even though their appointment app accepted my vaccinations request and scheduled the appointment - but the pharmacy would not give it due to my age (which the app knew). That was my last venture into this horrible store. I went straight to Walmart and got the recommended shots within 10 minutes of my arrival and, as a bonus, while there I transferred all my scripts from Walgreens to Walmart. My advise is to avoid Walgreens if you can!

Pharmacy needs more helpers in my opinion. And waited in line almost twenty minutes to find out there was a drive through feature and went through that. Hard with swollen knee

Not sure why I keep coming here. Slowest pharmacy in Norman. 30 minutes in line just for them to say your prescription isn’t ready, despite being called in hours ago. This happens routinely.

The pharmacy is too slow, my mother needed a medication for her eyes and as usual it took over three hours longer than they originally said and if Mom hadn't gone up there in person she would have had to wait way longer still. This is common, last year I had to get some medicine for the flu I had just contracted and they made me wait over twenty four hours to get it. This is only two examples of a rather long list of complaints about this pharmacy. I avoid it like the plague and will NEVER give this pharmacy any more business at all!

Really horrible service. The pharmacy technician who helped me, Kim, was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I'm almost considering finding another pharmacy after that interaction alone. Please do better!

I wait 3 hours, stand in line for another hour, and am told they haven't filled my prescription yet. They are open 24 hours so they have time to disappoint patients all day long.

I love walgreens and always go there to get my photos printed quickly and efficiently. However today I was greeted by the rudest lady i've ever met. Tay was terrible. She would not speak up, wouldn't make eye contact and was lazy in refusing to double check when it said my photos were ready.

Out of state daughter in law school tried to pick up prescriptions. They stated they couldn't because the card was expired. If they would have taken the time to verify and not be rude, they would have discovered the insurance was valid. I personally use CVS. Hopefully my family will move over to get away from Walgreens. Plus, they don't answer the phone. Very professional

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 5 pm. It ended up being backordered with no time frame for arrival. I wasn't called called and informed. I went to pick it up and was told this to late to call the doctor to have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy. This was on a Friday so I won't be able to contact the doctor until Monday causing withdrawal symptoms. There was no excuse for this. They also were unable to find two other prescriptions for at least 20 minutes. After much arguing a different person was called in to help and was able to find the prescriptions in only a few minutes. Again, no excuse for this. The management for this store needs to take action. The ratings for this store have been very low for quite awhile but nothing is changing. Time to change pharmacies.

Prescription pick up always takes forever and you're forced to go through the drive through.Edit: I wrote that initial review while in line. I have now been waiting in line for over an hour and there are still five cars in front of me. This is absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing for a drive-through pharmacy. Will be switching pharmacies.
