The store itself is well-maintained, and the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. One employee, Hallie, was especially appreciated for her kindness and efforts to find discounts, saving a customer a significant amount on medication. Some customers find the in-store experience smooth, but notes about the app suggest it doesn’t always work well. Overall, Walgreens Pharmacy provides quick service, helpful staff, and a positive experience during busy times, with some areas for improvement like more helpers and app reliability.

They are often very very slow, which sometimes means waiting over an hour in line. Many times the app says meds are ready for pickup and when I arrive, they have only been ran through one insurance, so then employees ask you to come back and wait in line again.
