“When my regular vet wasn’t available for an emergency visit, I called 8 other local offices and Park Lane was the only one that would see my cat.They were very kind, incredibly thorough, asked lots of questions, listened to us, handled my cat with lots of care, and were able to treat her.I cannot recommend Park Lane enough. “Me & my dog are OLD & are transferring from a VET that was more than 45 minutes away. I was quite apprehensive about how difficult it might be to change. But to my surprise, the transfer was flawless. Not only was my dog cared for but had an examination, nail cutting & Kennel cough shot AND we were in and out in less than an hour! “6 months ago: I took my cat Angel to this cat clinic today for a follow up appointment. I was taking him elsewhere until they overcharged me for his appointment and had me treat an ear infection with dog medicine costing $80! I've also tried one other veterinarian hospital, trying to find a good place to bring my cats.This Cat Clinic of Norman is awesome! My cat was happy during his visit, and Dr. Elenore did an amazing job! She did a thorough check up and noticed minor gingivitis and chin acne on my poor cat, and told me exactly what to do to take care of both. That's something I feel my last vet should have noticed.6 months later: My cat Angel saw Eleanor again, after having urination issues, and she diagnosed him with FIC and gave us a great treatment plan (seeing photo if you're interested)! I also loved that she was very knowledgeable about his condition.It's wonderful to see him happy again too!I couldn't be happier having come here. They always do a great job making sure my cats are comfortable and happy. The wait isn't too long either. They're also friendly and affordable, which is very important for me having three cats. “Main Street Vet Hospital is the only veterinarian hospital in Norman that I trust! They have been so great from the beginning. I have a one year old black lab that has bad allergies so we've had to make several trips in and out of there for awhile. They are always quick to call me back or answer questions, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they are the only AAHA accredited vet office in Norman, which should tell you something! I'm grateful to have them as Trudy's doctor, couldn't recommend them more.”

“I cant express enough how much Kelsey helped me through a very painful process with my Wormy Girl's mammory glands. I genuinely trusted everything Kelsey told me. Sadly, my fur-daughter, Wormy Girl, has less then a year to live without dramatic chemo and two cancer surgeries i dont want to put her poor sweet body through it because she will likely die soon after and i love her to much to see her hurt. Today, Dr. Beverly Fritzler called me with oncologist information I was waiting on. She was so incredibly compassionate and genuinely kind. This is THE hardest thing ive ever experienced in life and I appreciate her giving me all of my options in a comforting way. Dr. Fritzler, thank you from the bottom of my heart.Follow up,Last night I had my favorite doctor, Dr. Blazek my favorite vet tech, Kelsey and a sweetie of an intern named Victoria. They helped ease giving me the devastating news Worm now has 1-2 months to live. I'm glad it was the 3 of them there with me when I got the hardest news of my life. I think Victoria is going to make a wonderful vet tech because of her empathy and compassion. She was absolutely lovely. I also want to advocate for Kelsey. The #1 reason she deserves a raise is because she BY FAR goes more above and beyond for me as a client then any of the other million visits I've had there. (Ive seen tons of vet techs there) She is pure quality. She legit cares. I'm personally asking you to please reward her excellent service with either a bonus or a raise. Lastly, Dr. Blazek you are my go to vet! Your knowledge is unparalleled and you have been treating Wormy for several years and as far as doctors go.... You know you can ALWAYS trust Dr. Blazek. If they ask you if you have a preference for a vet, ask for Dr. Blazek because she has the experience, knowledge and gentleness that is required in this business.The relationship I have built with Roserock Vet over the years has been wonderful. I highly recommend them if you care about your animals.They say when it rains it pours. Well, now I've got another sick furbaby. My big fat Garfield of a cat, Regie, who is meaner than the meanest, did his usual misbehaving at the Vet. Luckily, I was blessed to get the male Dr. Fritzler and Matthew. I swear, he was absolutely wonderful to work with! A natural talent! He made me feel so comfortable! Matthew was excellent too. He helped me laugh a lot during a very anxious time. If Kelsey wasn't my favorite he'd definitely be next in line! Luckily, when I picked Regie up at the end of the day Kelsey was there. She is so intelligent and well spoken I told her I didn't need to see a doctor at pick up because she herself is so knowledgeable that I had no need to talk with the doctor. But listen to this- Even though Dr. Fritzler had gone home for the day, later that same evening he called me from his house to check in on Regie. HOW CAN I SHOW MY APPRECIATION TO A DOCTOR THAT CARES ENOUGH TO CHECK IN ON ME FROM HOME?? I was blown away by this level of care. I have never received this level of care from any vet like this before. I cried tears of happiness knowing I'm not alone in this. Thank you Dr. Fritzler. Also, big thank you to all the vet techs in training that assisted me with this. Y'all are doing a fabulous job! And I individually appreciate every single one of you.”

“They were super sweet and super caring with our little Percy. She had an adverse reaction to her vaccine booster so we rushed her to Urgent Care. They got her in fast and looked her over...advised us on a good vaccine schedule for her since she is so tiny. They were so great that I am contimplating just switching both of our animals over to their care.”

“We took our old and extremely sick cat to Sooner Veterinarian Hospital yesterday. Unfortunately, in the end we had to euthanizing the poor old guy. From the time I called to get an appointment, until the end the staff was OUTSTANDING. Everybody was so kind and caring. From Pat, who so kindly scheduled me an emergency appointment, to the assistant (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) and finally to Dr. Stallings who was so kind and compassionate. She didn't push us to do a lot of unnecessary testing and explained what would need to be done for us to know what exactly what was wrong with him. She suggested we leave him for some preliminary testing and said she would call us with his results. She called us exactly when she said she would and explained in detail his issues. When we went back for the euthanasia, everyone was very comforting. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and care they gave our "old man" on his last day of life. THANK YOU!!! I also want to add... you will not find a cleaner, nicer veterinarian office than this one. It is SPOTLESS! Even the baseboards are clean! My husband and I both agreed we don't think our family doctors office is this clean. If you are looking for a veterinarian office you can trust, call Sooner! Thank you, SOONER.”

“Went here tonight after my dog ate something he shouldn’t have. I called beforehand to get advice on what to do, and they were so helpful. They also told me exactly what price to expect upfront, which I really appreciated. When I took him in everyone was very very friendly and took great care of him! I’m glad I took their advice and brought him in when I did, because if I hadn’t, things likely would’ve been much worse. Very happy with the service and that they were able to get my baby taken care of! They even came in to check on me and see if I wanted water or coffee or anything. Expensive (as emergency care is), but definitely worth it for the peace of mind of knowing he’s for sure gonna be okay. Definitely going here if there are any other emergencies in the future!”

“I had to leave my cat with them to board for an extended period of time and when I returned my fur baby was in excellent health and didn't seem anxious or ready to go home because he had been well cared for and comfortable. Only being around other cats with no dogs barking seemed the best choice for boarding. I felt confident that if anything happened the veterinarian would care for my fur baby's health.
