Don’t buy from here! I purchased a pair of jeans. The snap broke in 3 places. Because it happened 60 days after purchased, they would do nothing. No store credit. Nothing! They do not stand behind their merchandise! I won’t be back!

I love Versona. In town for a girls weekend, I decided I had to stop by as it was time to refresh my wardrobe- new job, new clothes. Tammy and Eva were amazing! They set my daughter and I up in a dressing room, were incredibly patient as I changed sizes, and helped my daughter pick out a great outfit. The hospitality is unmatched! Thank you for a warm welcome and a great experience!

I love coming into this location! The ladies always make me feel so welcome and love to hype me up! I appreciate coming into a store even when I am dressed down I am treated with respect. They always have a great selection and great ranges of sizes. I am a curvy lady and I also love the fact some of the clothes run a little large. I will be back hopefully this next week to see if they got any other new merchandise for the upcoming fall season. Thank you ladies for making me look and feel fabulous.

Normally I would leave a 5 star review, because Versona is the ONLY store I buy my clothes...for quite a few years. BUT my experience with customer service today, at the Norman location, was VERY poor. The cashier (blond, petite, glasses, wearing a snake print body suit and leather skirt) acted as though jumping on a register to assist, was beneath her, and was very rude. She stated, "I think the door might go off when you leave, but you can walk back and I'll remove the sensor." WHAT?? She PLANS on letting the door go off? (It didn't, she was somewhat bright.) I paid cash, and instead of handing my change back TO ME, she slowly walked to the other side of the register, and put my change on the counter. So... I slowly picked up each coin and each bill individually, to show her that I saw her arrogance. She didn't have a name tag on, but this was at 1416 today, with her above description. The receipt says "cashier 103," if that helps to identify her. I drive 30 miles to shop at Versona, and I gladly continue to make that drive if she repeats the HR/customer service classes.

The foster family was great. I think mutt misfits has to many animals and they can not give people the help They deserve. One- they asked us to take the puppies back to the vet to see if they are micro chipped. The process other than paying them money for the dogs was a mess. I would check out somewhere else to adopt.

They was not Customer friendly, l went shopping on Friday, As we entered the store Neither one of the 2young employees spoke or asked if we needed help, I probably want visit that store again, l have been shopping in Versonia before and soon as you walk in they greet you, That was my first time at Versonia in Norman Oklahoma, Now you rate them and tell me how you would feel.

Their genuine love of animals. They will try to save those injured and sick that so many people would give up trying to rescue and heal. I love their seemingly tireless efforts and huge hearts.
