Line is often times out the door and they also have separate mailing hours than when they are open (i.e. you can’t mail out sometimes even when it says they’re open). You can’t get envelopes or postage after 3:30 pm now, which I thought it was 4 pm from last year.

They close way before it's time. On Saturday it says they close at 10:00AM, the doors were locked at 09:45AM.
