I recently had exhausted my Evian Moisture Spray supply and visited ULTA for more. The young women working at the front (register area) helped me locate what was available and order more to be shipped to my home. Thank you so much! I’m uncomfortable from surgery and ever grateful for the help.

I am absolutely floored by the lack of empathy from these rude employees! I had surgery less than a week ago and cannot lift above 20 pounds. My husband surprised me with a shopping trip to Ulta! I go regularly and have had no issues, until today. I was using a cart from the shopping center to push my daughter since we didn’t have her stroller (the surprised was unplanned). I was asked to leave by an employee for using a cart. I cannot physically carry my daughter. I explained that I was unable to carry her. The woman said “ok well it’s still not allowed. You have to leave.” The only purpose was to push my daughter, nothing was in the cart. I carry my items when I shop. On the way out another lady asked if we needed help. I responded with “I would love to have been able to shop.” She was surprised that I was asked to leave. I am floored and furious over how disrespectful and rude this interaction was. I spend hundreds of dollars at Ulta and have never had any issue. I’ve even used these carts before when I forgot her stroller.

Says online they had my self tanner. They did not! The girl working went to look in back and 20 minutes later came back up front and ignored me completely!

None of the employees will help you and will instead just stand in the front and talk with one another. Cashiers will make fun of your items and chuck them into your bag. One employee ran straight into me from the backroom and didn't even say sorry, even though I did. Just overall rude and bad hiring

Had to do an exchange the lady with pink hair was very courteous and helpful. I had never been there. It a big make-up fan I needed to return mdse thru happy returns. A+A+A+ on customer service.

Who thought mixing all fragrances was a good idea? It's impossible to shop, because you can't find the men's from the women's because they're all shoved together now. No testers anywhere, everything locked up. No problem. Last time I come here. Went to Dillard's and bought 4 bottles of cologne that I was able to smell, and didn't feel like I was in some hood store with everything locked up.

Don't ask for help at 3:45. They are stampeding to the back to clock out. I asked the only girl on the floor if they carried a certain brand. She said "No, check Target" and walked away. She didn't even ask what product I was looking for so that she could offer a substitution. Very poor service.
The cashier asked if I found everything I was looking for. When I said no, she just ignored what I said and cashed me out.

I had an appointment scheduled with the Ulta hair salon for over a week. The morning of my event, they called to cancel on me. I had to find a place last minute that would do my hair and I was not lucky. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled the whole situation. There were other stylists in the salon working that day. Tell me that I needed to reschedule for a different day, but the wedding was for that day. The ladies that work in the Ulta store are great they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never recommend Ulta for Hair Salon again. When this happened, I called around to different places and they said that it is a common thing for Ulta employees to do. They just don't show up for work and then those people are canceled on the day of their event. This is not a professional business. I will never recommend Ulta for the hair salon ever again.

Very well maintained and helpful staff. I have not tried Salon services but overall very good experience over the years. Quick buys, roadside pick up, returns and all.

So upset with the cashiers that assisted my boyfriend on 1/3/2024, told him to use my points that I have been building up because I probably didn't know I had them. So frustrating that the staff member of ulta stated that to my boyfriend when he was purchasing something for me.

Went in to get Bare Minerals Prime, Mineral Veil, and a lip plumper. I didn't know where to look for everything so I asked a very nice and competent sales person who got me everything I needed quickly. I was in and out quickly. Paying for my purchase was quick and easy, too !!!
