It was decent. I came in yesterday to pick up a rental for the day. The only real complaint I have about it is that they only had one guy working to do everything (at least when I arrived there). The last Saturday of the month is when most people move from what I have gathered from someone who used to work at a different storage place. Either way, dude was running in and out trying to do what customers needed done, while more people kept coming in. I don't have a lot of need for storage places, so idk if this is normal occurrence or not. Whether it is or isn't, might I recommend getting at least two people scheduled to prevent a long wait time? That is all. ?

Arrived for my 1:00pm appointment at 12:45. They had the parts but the tech wanted to go home. Desk help said"sorry". Go somewhere else. This location has had poor customer service for years. I rented a car hauler about a year ago and thought they were doing better. Not so! Everyone's time is valuable. Don't waste yours here

I wish I could leave no stars. There is a reason this place only has 2 stars. They are very unorganized and their system isn't up to date at all. I drove over an hour to pick up a truck for them to tell me a truck was available 40 mins away. They could have called and updated their customers so it's not a waste of time, but hardly any place has the decency to do that anymore. I would never recommend coming here at all!

Red head girl with freckles was workingand Wouldn't let us leave when we returned the vehicle because she said we owed 60$ and we couldn't leave til we showed proof of this. She kept repeating. . Ill waive this 60 fee if you show proof you paid it. She was Very Very RUDE. You can't waive Something I already paid for. It was paid for already and I had to show bank statements because she can't do her job. She would be better in a No Customer Service Job. Your job isn't that hard. Your just not that good at it. The main lady is very nice. I'd go to her if I went back.

They didn’t have the truck to fill my reservation. I asked for my $50 from their reservation guarantee policy. They asked their manager how to do that and the manager said in my presence “you do not give him the $50”. They refused then pushed a truck many times the size I asked for, first at way higher prices, I argued for those prices to come down, they wouldn’t lower the insurance fee up front and then promised to refund the insurance difference. Afterwards they refused to refund the insurance difference. And on top of this I had to pay way more in gas for the big truck

We had no problems with our reservation/truck. We'd recommend getting there a bit earlier than scheduled just in case though!

Scheduled a hitch install on my vehicle for Friday 330pm online. Gave all my info, entered my vehicle info to match the part, checked out and paid. No installer, no hitch. I got a refund...

I have been paying for a climate controlled storage unit for almost a year. We searched for climate controlled for some tech items that we have that need to be temperature regulated.Went in two weeks ago to get something out of my unit for the first time in a long time and it was over 100 degrees in the unit. The general manager, Karlie, told me the air had been out already for a few days. Told me a part had been ordered, but here we are two weeks later and it’s still 99 degrees in my storage unit.I was given multiple excuses as to why it hasn’t been done yet. I asked why we haven’t even been communicated with and then was told no one else has complained. No one else probably knows!! We all purchased climate controlled in good faith that it would remain climate controlled.This customer service is severely lacking. Our unit and the items we have entrusted them to store is not a priority.

Got a truck here after researching on the phone with the call center during business hours. Check in process was lengthy and people at the desk talk very misleading “you can return uhauls anywhere in US or Canada”, then pressure you to tell them when and where you think you’ll return truck and want you to guess exact miles, then when you need the truck an extra day or so and this store calls you twice in one day they are rude to you and also inform you yeah you can return them anywhere but there will be a wrongful destination fee of first $200, them $300 then “$400 something” all in about thirty seconds…. Then when confronting them of not being upfront the lady got snarky with me and said “well you signed the contract”. Well when I signed they didn’t go over that with me and just told me to sign. Later in the phone conversation the lady hung up on me very abruptly. Sick of uhauls lack I’d customer service and sneaky corrupt cooperate schemes.

DO NOT RELY ON YOUR CONFIRMATION/RESERVATION. Apparently the local offices can't check availability until a couple days before the reserve date. Just because they say you are good to go you will not know until a few days before. If they don't have what their online systems stated you reserved they are unable to do anything for you. So, if you get friends together & a schedule, it all goes to pot if they don't truly have the inventory. They are trained to continuously say, "I understand your frustration." When I asked to speak to the corporate office the employee stated she would submit a customer action so I could get called back. It seems corporate system is NOT in sync with their locals' systems. Thank goodness for Penske being on the ball, professional, helpful, and committed.

Employees are unprofessional. Tried asking Brad about a refund on returned merchandise and was called inappropriate names. When I asked for the employees name they once again became rude even threatened to call police if we didn't get off the property.

Uhaul should be glad for Carly, and Brad for sure. Otherwise overall, my U-Haul experience was just average. Given I was going to be an hour late returning my rental, so that's on me, but they were unwilling to work with me on a solution, and there were solutions to be had, had they been solution-oriented. The lady actually hung up on me when I called into let her know what the deal was. So, I realize I get no stars for my punctuality. But I'm still a person, and I still deserve decency and a baseline of respect. Luckily, Carly and Brad were professional, helpful and respectful. So five stars for them for sure.

This place is great in person but they ignore the phone, even when it is not busy. It is extremely frustrating to have to pay for mileage just to get to talk to someone at the location. Customers shouldn't have to drive all the way over there to get assistance.
