If I could put no stars, I would. I got this unit in April of 2020 (i believe) and the rate was $62. I was informed this morning that the rate of my unit has been increased to $180 something; that is 3x the original amount. That is ridiculous. Also, the new guy that is working there, always comes around to my unit when I am there trying to eye everything inside. I have never had this issue with previous management. Very uncomfortable and I will be moving my stuff to another facility. DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE BECAUSE CLEARLY IT IS ABOUT RAISING RATES AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND I KNOW YOU CAN FIND BETTER PRICED UNITS THAT DONT JUMP THE PRICE 3X THE AMOUNT IN A YEAR.

Great clean space! Everyone I have spoken with at Storage 1 in Goldsby has been wonderful and helpful! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

I reserved a moving van 10foot yesterday to be informed that a cargo van was reserved instead. They did not fix the issue. They have a lot full of 10 foot and 15 foot vans. Would not recommend. Uhaul has totally dropped the ball every time I have moved.
