“The manager Curtis was very helpful he had his crew give my car a diagnostic and when they couldn't figure out what was going on with my car he said no charge I was so thankful then he gave me recommendations of what my vehicle needed and where to take it for service. Honesty still exist yay!!!”

“Very happy with the service I received from this 3rd generation business. I’d like to respond to some of the negative reviews this companies received. Customers need to understand that there are many parts working together to keep our vehicles running. Some parts work in conjunction with each other so we may go in and ask for one item to be fixed, not understanding or knowing there are other parts that work i. Conjunction with that part resulting in multiple repairs in order for that part to continue to function properly. Secondly You should not judge when you see someone standing around, especially back in the workstation; they might be waiting for a test result on a diagnosis; they might be waiting for a part that was ordered to come in. They might even be taking the required break. I also understand unexpected frustration. I’ve been ripped off many many times in my life , but I found this place was genuinely very fair in their pricing and workmanship”

“My experience today was absolutely Awesome ! Sales Representative, Jared , went above and beyond to take care of my car issue . Although, perhaps, minor to others . To me , I was very upset. I had an appointment today and arrived early. Jared took care of the issue, and I left before my appointment time. As upset as I was. Jared was well informed, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. I so very much appreciate the effort given to take care of my car’s situation. “Picked up a nail around 30 miles south of norman. Called they said they would take care of us. Well the spare dang near went flat had to call family in norman to meet us grab the tire and take it to them. They did wait for us and was extremely nice about the situation. 5 stars across the board.”

“Visiting in Norman from PA, I was using daughter in laws car and got a screw in the back tire. After calling several other places and explaining my circumstances this business was the only one that said "bring it right in" after putting his address in my GPS I realized he was only 5 minutes from where I was. Drove right there and took me right in and got me right out. Very friendly, very clean shop, and very understanding of my circumstance. The price for fixing my tire was absolutely reasonable. I took his card and gave it to my son so he can use him in the future. TO THE OWNER, THANKS FOR FIXING ME UP AT THE LAST MINUTE.”

“The shop and the area around the shop is clean and well kept. Plenty of parking but it can get kind of tight and busy, lot of through traffic.
It was easy to get my car in, the employ checking me in was very courteous and polite. He was very knowledgeable in asking for pertinent information regarding my trouble to help the mechanic know what to look for.
During my repair they kept me well informed of everything being done and what is would cost. When it was done I knew exactly what to expect cost wise. All in all just a very positive experience and my car is fixed!!”
