They were able to get me in at a moments notice, girl in the front was super friendly and had a beautiful black dog. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is my girls nails could have been filed more. The groomer never spoke and never smiled when she handed me the leash.

This place is hands down the best place in Norman the owners went above and beyond to take in our snorkie “Chubbs” during Thanksgiving last minute… they did an amazing job customer service superb and definitely knows how to run a buisness!!! Ty so much you guys rock and we appreciated you guys more than you know!!!

Very professional and they listen to what you really want, they actually care and it shows!?Great prices and wonderful products as well! The sparkly spot did amazing with my little dog! Petco always leaves her bears too long and barely even touches her tail. But sparkly spot did just perfect! She is the most soft she's ever been, must be some kind of special conditioner!! And she smells like a warm cookie. Krissy (my dog) clearly enjoyed being there. She was always scared to go into other groomers, but this place she just walked right in and sniffed around and when she came out, she was so happy! I won't go anywhere else again. thank you Sparkly Spot! If you love your dog, take them here!!

This place should be shut down! They do not take care of dogs properly and clearly do not care to keep them safe. They broke a dog's jaw and never even told the owner. They just let the dog sit in pain. Please do not go here, don't risk your dogs life!

I can not say enough positive things about The Sparkly Spot! They take such good care of our Jaxon, and he looks forward to seeing Teresa, Amy, and all of his friends when he gets groomed. Jax is precious to us, and we appreciate the excellent treatment he receives. Two thumbs up! ❤️❤️

Apparently they just broken a small dogs jaw, and not only offer to pay for surgery but didn't deny any mistreatment. Wouldn't recommend, the abuser still works there.

Don't take your dog here unless you want ppl who do not care about your dog. They fractured a small dogs jaw and kept the dog all morning and afternoon and didn't even bother to call the owner to tell them their bby was probably in fucken pain.

I take my weenie dog here and I am so thankful for them!!! He is a super anxious man who won't even let me cut his nails and somehow they are able to do it. I usually only get his nails trimmed there but I have gotten the $40 wash, trim, anal gland combo and he smelled so good after!! Their treats are also a plus after :)

They always treat my pup like a prince and that makes me feel so comfortable leaving him there for the day to get in his doggie spa day. Every hair cut he has received has been top notch no issues. And he always comes home with a cute bandana and sometimes a free treat ?
