Picked up a nail around 30 miles south of norman. Called they said they would take care of us. Well the spare dang near went flat had to call family in norman to meet us grab the tire and take it to them. They did wait for us and was extremely nice about the situation. 5 stars across the board.

Was on the verge of a mental breakdown from having a flat in the morning and getting it fixed after work to coming home to a nail in my other tire. I called last minute and they were able to get me seen quick. I appreciated their quality of service very much! I will definitely go back for future needs and recommend others as well.

I have a fifth wheel and bought new heavy duty wheels to replace the manufacturer wheels after developing a crack in two of them. I called Texas tires on a Friday morning to inquire if they could change them out for me. I had purchased nothing from them. The gentleman I spoke with said yes, just bring it in and we'll have a look, I'm sure we can do it. I was surprised and asked "today?" . He said, sure. " I'll be right there, let me hook up my trailer. I had previously tried several other local discounted tire places, where I purchased the trailer tires and neither place wanted to accommodate me, even the next week, which was frustrating. I loaded up and got there and he accessed and gave me a reasonable price. I backed up the trailer and the guys went to work. I was pulling out of the lot about an hour later mounted and balanced. Excellent work from the team at Texas Tires. Thank you for an easy and quick transaction.

HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!!!
Had them do a brake job on Friday 5/10/24.
They installed the rear rotors/pads on the front and tried putting the fronts on the rear. I pick it up and go to gas station and brake pedal went to floor after starting. So I looked when I got home and found the mistake they made. They ruined my brand new pads/rotor as well as the 815.00 front calipers! Total of around 1500.00 in damage.
Manager told me it was my fault I didn’t specify that the rotors were different sizes so he wasn’t going to refund me! What a mechanic right? Got corporate involved and they made him give me my refund atleast.. but I’m still owed about 1200.00 for the brand new parts they ruined that I will be pursing!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SPEND A COUPLE EXTRA DOLLARS TO GET COMPETENT CREW..!

Do not go here! They will damage your vehicle and sell you wrong size rims without letting you return it. Mike the manager lacks professionalism and will complain, laugh and disrespect customers. Mike also offered to break my locklug nuts off and put basic cheap ones on there because they didn’t have the right tools. I called and asked if they can check tire size and give me a new one. They gave me 4 different sizes because they weren’t sure and then ended up selling me one that wasn’t the right size or color. They keep firing the whole crew including managers because they are just that bad. Doesn’t seem like Mike is doing any better…

My poor review is only because they wanted to charge me to put my 2 wheels on my car. My tires were on the rims. They just needed to be put on my car. Wal-Mart did it for free. You made me drive my car on the rim to Wal-Mart to get this service. I didn't appreciate that.

Thier tire gauges are incorrect and they will over inflate your tires. Sent me home with one vehicle 10 psi over and the other vehicle 44 psi over and was an accident waiting to happen! When I called to ask about it the lady said their gauge is incorrect. Their ceiling leaks water on you while standing there and their bathrooms are more disgusting than gas stations.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
Came to get a lift, rims,and tires. $6,500.
1.They said 7 inch lift no rubbing.
Came to get the truck and couldn't drive it because it rubbed so bad!
Had to cut the bumper.
2.Had suspension noise in the front. Took it back. They couldn't find the problem. Went to the dealership and the brake caliper fell off damaging the rim.
3. Had the dealership look and the cv axel wasn't installed correctly causing it to go out. $750.
( Texas tire refused to refund the cost )
4. Took it back to Texas tire so they could re tighten suspension to jeep my warranty. And they lost a lug nut key .
5. Went back to utilize my warranty and get an alignment. 2 weeks after servicing I noticed the tire wearing extremely fast on the inside of tire. I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TEXAS TIRE.
Went to 5 star on south side and the control arm was finger loose, rear shocks was in fact installed upside down, and the tire now needs to be replaced.
6.upon Contacting Texas tire corporate office. And a reimbursement of all the issues I've they told me no because the location didn't document any of my issues.

3 1/2 hours to fix a slow leaking trailer tire, $25 for rim seal. Guess what, still leaks, faster then it did brefore. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Place is a joke. Got a nail in my tire and I went in to have them fix it. The tire had a very slow leak from the nail. The guy put 3 plugs in the tire and it still leaked then he put a patch on the inside and it was still leaking. So now I'm stuck buying a new tire. ? I do not recommend this place. The girl behind the desk Allie was very nice only good thing about the place.
