The guys work together and made me comfortable with them changing oil. Clean shop means the world to me. Messy shops tend to lean towards messy work. These guys did a good job.

This take 5 on Classen Blvd in Norman is horrible. They told me after I paid for a 6 month 6,000 oil change that I could only come in and top off my oil for 1,500 miles. If you buy the 3 month they said no top offs allowed. I called the corporate phone number and ask them their policy and what this take five as saying is a lie they just don't want to take care of their customers. They even have a sign up that says free top off up to two quarts but apparently they don't want to honor anything so never go there they are horrible customer service and they don't know what they're talking about.

By far the best oil change experience I have ever had. Staff was incredibly respectful and on the ball. All my questions were answered and issues were resolved with grace and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this specific store to all friends and family. Benjamin specifically went above and beyond. Thank you!!!!!
